YRKKH 13th April 2023 Written Update Truth strikes Aarohi. The couples perform the Gangaur rituals. Manjiri keeps an eye on Abhimanyu and Akshara. Muskaan runs to tell Kairav that Abhir is nowhere in the house. Kairav asks how can she make the same mistake again. He suspects that Abhir has gone to see the immersion. They rush to the riverside to see Abhir. Dr. Sandeep reaches there and sees Abhinav and Akshara. He tells that he told Aarohi about Akshara and now he has seen them. He tells Abhimanyu that the miracle baby’s parents are also here. He shows Abhinav and Akshara. Abhimanyu and Aarohi fail to see them because of the crowd. Abhimanyu asks him if he remembers the name.
Dr. Sandeep says that he remembered the lady’s name. Before Abhimanyu could hear it, Ruhi slips and screams. Abhimanyu runs to take care of Ruhi. Sandeep meets Akshara and Abhinav. Abhinav asks how did he come here after a long time. Sandeep says that he has come for a complicated case, which is just like Akshara’s case. He asks how is Abhir. Abhinav says that Abhir is okay. Abhimanyu and Aarohi are busy with Ruhi. Sandeep asks Abhinav and Akshara to meet Dr. Abhimanyu and Dr. Aarohi. Akshara panics. She stops Dr. Sandeep. She asks him not to tell anything to Abhimanyu and Aarohi, because they are family.
She doesn’t want anyone to know about their medical case. Abhinav asks him to please hide the truth from everyone. He adds that they have a big reason. Sandeep agrees. Akshara wishes that nobody knows Abhir’s truth ever. Abhir and Ruhi play on the riverside. Kairav finds Abhir there and scolds him. He asks Abhir to see Muskaan’s worry. He doesn’t want Abhir to make life a joke. Abhimanyu comes to help Abhir. He stops Kairav. Abhir runs to hug Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks Kairav to explain to Abhir with love. Ruhi apologizes because it was her idea. Abhimanyu tells that Kairav loves Abhir and so he scolded him. He consoles Abhir.

Abhimanyu asks Abhir not to cry. He takes Abhir to Akshara and Abhinav. Aarohi hears Akshara and Abhinav talking about Abhir and Abhimanyu’s blood ties. Akshara tells that Abhimanyu shouldn’t know that he is Abhir’s real father. Abhimanyu misses hearing the truth, but Aarohi is left shocked to know this. Abhinav pacifies her. They see Abhir with Abhimanyu. Akshara asks Abhimanyu what is her son doing with him. Muskaan tells that she got busy in the kitchen and Abhir came here with Ruhi. The elders don’t scold the kids. Manjiri tells that parents should be careful.
She asks Akshara what problem she has with Abhimanyu who was caring for Abhir. Abhimanyu asks her to understand Akshara’s concern. Abhir apologizes to them. Aarohi finds Abhimanyu leaving Ruhi’s hand and taking care of Abhir. She gets insecure. She fears that she will lose Abhimanyu. She rushes out of there. Surekha questions Parth about his disappearance. Mahima tells that Parth was busy with his work. Suwarna asks Muskaan to take the idol and go for the rituals. Kairav saves Muskaan from falling into the river. They together drop the idol in the river. She stays away from him. Suhasini and Manish wish that someone comes into Kairav’s life.
Manjiri informs that Aarohi left, she was crying and running away. She asks Abhimanyu if anything happened. Mahima tells that she will call the hospital and check. Aarohi doesn’t take Abhimanyu’s call. Ruhi gets worried and asks Abhimanyu not to leave her alone. He assures her that he will find Aarohi and bring her home. He leaves. Akshara takes care of the kids. Manish answers Surekha and defends Akshara. Aarohi fears that Abhimanyu will break their engagement if he learns about his son Abhir. Akshara consoles Ruhi. Later, Abhimanyu misses coming on time and check Abhir. Abhir feels unwell. Abhimanyu rushes to attend to him. Abhinav accuses Abhimanyu of being irresponsible.
