Old Abhi back in YRKKH 23rd April 2023 Written Update. Akshara feels anxious that Abhimanyu has learned the truth. She tells that Abhir is Abhinav and her son, and nobody can change this truth. She freezes while driving the car. She stops the car at the signal and weeps. The traffic jam makes people angry at her. The hospital guard takes Abhimanyu to the hospital. Muskaan goes to Kairav’s room to get some printouts. She overhears Kairav’s conversation with his friend. She finds him talking about Muskaan. The girl asks Kairav if he likes Muskaan. Kairav tells that he likes Muskaan. Hearing this, Muskaan also starts thinking of him. She goes from there and blushes. Abhinav asks her about the matter.
She tells that she is okay. Abhimanyu comes home and recalls his dreams and plans for his children. Manjiri finds him crying and asks about the matter. He hugs her. Akshara tells that Abhimanyu won’t sit quietly and tell everyone. She doesn’t want him to spoil things for her. She wants to stop him from disclosing things to anyone. The people threaten her of calling the police if she doesn’t move her car aside. She takes her car aside. She gets to see Manjiri reaching her. She gets scared thinking Manjiri has learned the truth. Manjiri asks Akshara if is she okay and what is she doing. She shows the car emitting smoke.
She asks her to be careful. She admits that Abhir feels like family to her. She promises to pray for Abhir. Abhimanyu wants to fight for his son. He doesn’t give up. Akshara arrives home and finds Abhimanyu there. Abhimanyu wants his son back and gets hell-bent. Abhir likes the balloons brought by Abhimanyu. Abhinav gets Abhir’s medicines. Akshara realizes that Abhimanyu didn’t tell the truth to anyone. He tells that he wants to talk to Abhir in private. He adds that nobody is allowed between Abhir and him. Akshara gets worried. He spends some valuable time with Abhir.

Akshara is worried, and Abhinav observes her tension. He wants to know the reason. Abhir tells Abhimanyu that he is going to the US for his surgery, but he doesn’t want to go away. He is worried that his parents can’t manage things alone, and asks him to do some magic to fix everything. Manish asks Akshara if is she okay. She rushes to see Abhir. Abhir asks Abhimanyu to cancel the US plan. Abhimanyu assures that he will stop Abhir from going at any cost. Akshara sends Abhir away. She tells that it’s final they are going to the US. Abhimanyu tells that she isn’t going anywhere with Abhir. She doesn’t want to change her plan. He tells that Abhir’s truth won’t change. She tells him that she isn’t the old Akshara to lose out to him.
He tells that the old Abhimanyu is still alive in him. She tells that she wants to take Abhir away because of his arrogance and anger. She doesn’t think he can stop Abhir. He tells that Abhir is his son and he will not let him go away. He adds that it’s final that Abhir will stay here and get treated. She asks him not to visit them again. He tells that he will come again and he will cancel the US trip. He gets stubborn. Abhimanyu blocks Akshara’s escape route and cancels her US plan citing the unavailability of the doctor. He decides to not marry Aarohi until Abhir gets okay.
