YRKKH 23rd May 2023 Written Update Abhir’s surgery. Aarohi tells the family that the surgery didn’t start till now because Abhimanyu is freezing. She tells that Abhimanyu is crying profusely and his hands are shaking. She explains that they have no time to arrange another surgeon and wait. Abhinav tells that Abhimanyu is the best doctor to treat Abhir. Aarohi rushes back to Abhimanyu and tells him that Abhir needs him, he is sinking and they have to start the operation right away. She tells him that his son will die if he doesn’t operate on him. She encourages him to perform the surgery. Akshara sings a Bhajan and makes her voice reach Abhimanyu to encourage him. Abhinav is too disturbed. Kairav is afraid for Akshara. She fights everyone’s fears and tries to bring them to peace.
Abhinav cares for Akshara. Abhimanyu begins the surgery which goes on for hours, and Akshara keeps singing for a long until the surgery gets over. Abhimanyu meets the family and tells them that the surgery was successful, and Abhir is fine. Akshara cries and walks away from there. Abhimanyu goes after her. Abhinav and the family members rejoice. He wants to meet Abhir. Aarohi tells that Abhir needs to rest for a while. Abhimanyu reaches Akshara, who happily hugs him. They shed tears as Abhir’s parents share their mutual love for their son. She thanks him for saving Abhir. She apologizes for doubting him.
Ruhi makes plans to play football with Abhir once he gets fine. Kairav helps Muskaan. He tells that she doesn’t need to feel awkward because of the misunderstanding. Abhinav gets happy to see Abhir. The family members are happy. Akshara, Abhinav, and Abhimanyu meet Abhir. Abhir gets conscious and sees them. He thanks Abhimanyu for saving him. He apologizes for hiding inside the trunk. Abhimanyu gets emotional. He lets Akshara and Abhinav stay with Abhir. Abhinav reaches Abhimanyu to thank him. They hug and weep. Manjiri informs Abhimanyu that Akshara and Abhinav have taken Abhir back to Kasauli. Abhimanyu calls up Akshara and demands her return to Udaipur.
