Bhagya Lakshmi 3rd July 2023 Written Update Saloni fails Vikrant. Saloni thinks to change the syringe. She thinks it’s the right chance before Lakshmi isn’t paying attention. She changes the syringe. The nurse asks Saloni to leave. She tells that only one person is allowed. Saloni doesn’t want to look nervous. She wishes Rishi dies and Vikrant gets saved. Vikrant waits for Saloni’s call. He gets a headache. He wonders what’s happening and he is feeling dizzy. The nurse asks him to take rest. He asks why is he so dizzy. She asks him how did he get hurt. He tells that he fell on the road. She gives him medicines. She asks him not to worry, and that he will be okay soon. Saloni gets panicking. Anjana asks her what happened. Neelam asks if is Rishi okay. She rushes to see Rishi. Anjana asks Saloni did anything happen. Saloni asks what’s the matter.
Anjana asks did he get conscious. Saloni tells that Rishi isn’t conscious. Anjana also goes to see it. Vikrant worries thinking of Rishi’s words. Saloni calls him. He asks her did she kill Rishi. He tells that he is happy, he will marry Lakshmi and then their dream will get fulfilled. She tells him that she couldn’t kill Rishi. Vikrant fumes in anger. He asks her why did she fail his plan. She tells that she found another way and exchanged the injection. He asks did the nurse inject Rishi and kills him. She recalls Rishi catching the nurse’s neck and suffocating her in anger. Lakshmi asks Rishi to leave the nurse.
Saloni gets terrified watching this. The injection gets destroyed, when Lakshmi steps on it. Saloni fails in her motive and goes out of the ICU. Vikrant fumes on learning this. Neelam and Virender find Rishi sleeping. The nurse tells the family that Rishi caught her neck. Neelam asks what is she saying. Lakshmi tells that Rishi didn’t get conscious. The nurse tells that Lakshmi saved him, and Saloni got scared. Lakshmi tells that the nurse is saying the truth. The nurse tells them about Rishi’s reaction. The doctor asks the family members why did they get inside the ICU. Neelam asks him to check if Rishi got conscious. Doctor tells that he is still unconscious.

The nurse tells that she couldn’t inject Rishi. Saloni tells Vikrant that she got scared of Rishi’s anger. He tells that he will come and kill Rishi. He isn’t scared of anyone. He tells that Rishi will die at any cost. He thinks if Rishi is unconscious or acting. Lakshmi apologizes that she stepped on the syringe. The doctor explains to them Rishi’s reaction. He asks them to go out. Vikrant calls Saloni. He tells that he is coming. Lakshmi worries about Rishi’s enemy. She thinks about who is troubling Rishi. Vikrant leaves the hospital.
Anjana tells Neelam that she will pacify Saloni. Neelam thanks her for her support. Malishka doubts that Rishi is acting to spend time with Lakshmi. Neelam asks her not to complain and create drama. Saloni worries for Vikrant. Anjana asks her if she is okay. She tells that Virender wants to file a police complaint. She also wants the truck driver to get punished. She asks Saloni to go home. Saloni asks Anjana to go home. She tells that she will stay back. Anjana agrees. Lakshmi thinks about who can be Rishi’s enemy. Rishi smiles in sleep. He gets conscious. She thinks she is dreaming. He pulls her cheek. He tells that he got conscious. He asks her to talk to him. She realizes that she is dreaming about him again.
