Bhagya Lakshmi 5th July 2023 Written Update Rishi to die. Shalu stops Vikrant from leaving and asks him to check Saloni’s foot sprain. Vikrant agrees to examine Saloni. He examines her and writes a note for her. He informs her that he couldn’t kill Rishi. He pretends to be a doctor in front of the family and makes an easy exit. On the other hand, Malishka orders Lakshmi to go out and sit, and she will be with Rishi. Saloni tells Vikrant that Malishka is with Rishi right now, and Rishi doesn’t have his shield Lakshmi with him. She tells that just Lakshmi can save Rishi’s life. She makes a plan and spikes the water to feed Malishka.
Malishka drinks the water offered by Saloni. Saloni thinks Malishka has consumed the drugs and now she will feel nausea. Malishka runs to puke and leaves Rishi unattended. Vikrant enters the ICU and attacks Rishi. He tries to suffocate Rishi to death. He swears to kill Rishi. Vikrant rushes with the task before Malishka comes back. Ayush finds Lakshmi outside the ICU and asks her what is she doing there. He asks who is with Rishi. Lakshmi tells that Malishka has ousted her from the ICU.
Ayush tells that she should have not left Rishi alone. Saloni distracts the family and waits for Vikrant to leave the ICU after killing Rishi. Ayush fears that he had seen Vikrant in the hospital and suspects that the former had come to kill Rishi. Ayush knows Lakshmi won’t believe him. He informs Shalu that he has seen Vikrant in the hospital. He wants to be alert and not take any chance with Rishi’s life, suspecting that Vikrant is behind Rishi’s deadly accident. Lakshmi asks Malishka to shut up. Malishka questions her stand in their lives. She tells that Rishi is of her and even the family belongs to her. Lakshmi asks her not to disturb Rishi. Malishka asks her to just leave. Lakshmi cries and leaves the ICU. Vikrant attends Saloni. She tells that she fell and suffered a sprain. He pretends to check her sprain. He pulls her foot and tells her that it was a muscle cramp. He asks her to walk and check, she is okay now. Saloni tells that she is okay. He asks her to take the medicines. He leaves. Karishma tells that the doctor is good at his work. Lakshmi tells them that Malishka wants to sit with Rishi and take care of him. Saloni tells that she will go and get medicines.

Karishma asks Shalu and Bani to go. Saloni tells that she will walk and see if she got okay. She gets Vikrant’s message. She goes to meet him. Malishka weeps and talks to Rishi. She asks him to get up and come home with her. She wishes Lakshmi gets married and leaves their lives. She asks him to please get conscious for her sake. Vikrant thinks he lost the chance to kill Rishi. Saloni asks him what happened. He tells that their plan failed, Malishka is with Rishi and he couldn’t kill him. She tells that Malishka can’t save Rishi. She is glad that Lakshmi is Rishi’s shield and she is away now.
He tells his plan and asks her to just do it. He wants their love to win. Ayush asks Lakshmi why isn’t she there with Rishi. Karishma tells that Malishka is with Rishi because Lakshmi won’t be able to come to take care of Rishi once she gets married. She feels Malishka has a right to Rishi. Lakshmi asks Ayush not to argue and get medicines for Dadi. She sends Ayush. Virender is glad that Lakshmi remembers Dadi’s medicines despite the tension. Virender and Dadi bless Lakshmi. Saloni gets water bottles for everyone. Karishma thanks her. Lakshmi asks Saloni not to worry. Saloni tells that they are also like family. She asks Lakshmi to sit and have water. She tells that she will go and give water to Malishka.
Saloni meets Malishka and asks her what is she doing in the ICU. Malishka tells that she has sent Lakshmi outside. Saloni gives her the water bottle. Malishka drinks the water. Saloni thinks the medicine will cause nausea. Malishka tells that Rishi didn’t get conscious till now. She is sure that he will get fine soon. Malishka feels nauseous and runs to the washroom. Saloni leaves and waits for Vikrant. She signals Vikrant to go. Vikrant tells that he has less time and he has to kill Rishi before Malishka comes back. He attacks Rishi. Rishi gets conscious and sees the person suffocating him.

He takes a tray and hits on Vikrant’s head. Vikrant shuts his mouth and chokes him. Shalu gets angered at Malishka for ousting Lakshmi. Bani tells that even she is worried for Rishi. Shalu tells that Rishi should have Lakshmi with him because Lakshmi is his shield. Rishi fights Vikrant. Lakshmi feels worried when she is away from Rishi. She thinks to go and check once if Rishi is okay. Rishi unmasks the attacker and sees Vikrant. Rishi defends the attack as much as he can. He faints. Vikrant falls over a wall and gets hurt. He faints and falls beside Rishi’s bed. Saloni finds Lakshmi going to the ICU. She thinks to stop Lakshmi. Malishka comes back from the washroom. She doesn’t pay attention and rushes back to the washroom.
Lakshmi attends Rano’s call. She updates about Rishi’s condition. Rano asks her to take care of herself. Lakshmi asks her not to worry. Saloni asks her to let Malishka be with Rishi. Lakshmi tells that she was thinking to see Rishi once. Saloni asks her not to overthink about Rishi all the time. She engages Lakshmi in a talk. She asks Lakshmi if there is anything between Rishi and her. Lakshmi thinks of her sweet moments with Rishi. Saloni asks Lakshmi not to make Malishka worry. She tells that Malishka has a right to be with Rishi. She asks if Rishi is accusing Vikrant and trying to break the marriage just to be with Lakshmi. Lakshmi says no. Saloni tells that she trusts Lakshmi.
She asks Lakshmi not to do anything that arises questions in Vikrant’s mind. She tells that she will go and check on Rishi. Saloni looks for Vikrant and thinks about where did he go. She finds Rishi alive. She is shocked to see Vikrant fall unconscious on the floor. Neelam tells that she can’t wait any further. Dadi asks her not to worry. Neelam thinks Rishi will gain consciousness because Lakshmi is away from him. Saloni rushes to Vikrant and asks him to get up. Ayush gets medicines for Dadi. Saloni makes Rishi lie properly. She doesn’t want Malishka to see Vikrant. Virender asks Neelam not to worry. Neelam tells that she can feel Rishi’s pain. She feels Rishi didn’t get rid of the bad luck till now. She taunts Lakshmi.
