1 major twist in Anupama to pull back unexpectedly. Anu’s condition gets worse. The entire family worries for Anu. Vanraj fears that something might happen to make Anupama change her decision. Anupama and Nakul get busy with the Gurukul wrap-up. Anupama worries for Anu. Malti finds Anupama in a dilemma. She doesn’t want Anupama to rush into her relationships. Pakhi tells Anuj that they shall call Anupama home to see Anu once. Anupama messages Anuj and asks about Anu’s well-being. Anuj lies to her that Anu is sleeping peacefully. He doesn’t tell her about Anu’s deteriorating state. He tells Anupama that she will go to the US, but she won’t be able to stay there when she won’t present there mentally.
She admits that her heart will be stuck in Anu, but she believes Anuj is a great father and look after Anu well. She is okay to stay without her family for the sake of Gurukul. Nakul tells her that he will always be with her. He promises to always support her. He tells that just 7 hours are left for them to leave. Anuj gets Anu treated. Anu demands Anupama’s presence around her. She gets traumatized that Maya left her and even Anupama is leaving her. Anupama misses Anuj. Anuj can’t see Anu’s condition getting worse with time. He breaks down. He tells Ankush that he doesn’t know how to get Anu out of the trauma.
He adds that he can’t call Anupama home and stop her from pursuing her dreams. Ankush consoles him. Adhik tells Ankush that both Anuj and Anu need Anupama, and they shall inform her. Anuj tells that he doesn’t want to become a hurdle in Anupama’s path to her dreams. Anupama hears Anu’s call for her. She turns restless. She hugs Anuj and Anu’s picture. Malti doesn’t let Anupama reach out to her family in the final hours.
