2 Major twists in Anupama extends Malti’s track. Anuj consoles an emotionally shattered Anupama. Anupama feels she had to come for Anu’s sake because her dreams failed. She tells Anuj that she is sorry. She sees someone and prays for the soul’s peace. Anupama’s behavior makes him worried. He tells her that there is nobody there and who is she visualizing there. Vanraj and Anuj wonder how did Anupama return and what happened at the airport. They think Anupama took permission from Malti Devi or just backed out. Anupama sees the plane and thinks if Malti Devi left for the US. She hears Malti Devi’s interview on the radio channel. She calls Malti, who does Tandav in anger over Anupama’s broken oath. Anupama is well aware that she backed out and has hurt Malti a lot. Malti fumes in anger and curses Anupama.
Anupama knows she has broken Malti Devi’s trust, pride, and heart. She is apologetic. Barkha tells Adhik that Anupama has come back. Ankush asks her to respect Anupama’s love for Anu. Shah family arrives to meet Anupama. They are scared of Malti Devi’s anger. Malti asks Nakul to find out Anupama’s location. She wants to meet Anupama and talk to her. Anuj and Vanraj bring Anu and Anupama home from Mumbai. Anupama assures Anu that she will never leave her and go anywhere. She makes a promise to Anu. She promises Maya that she will always stay with Anu. She tells the family that she will answer everything.
Anuj and Vanraj tell the family that they don’t know anything about how Anupama reached the orphanage and why. Anuj tells that they don’t know the reason for Anupama’s decision. He adds that Malti Devi didn’t take his call. Hasmukh hopes Malti forgives Anupama. Leela is sure that Malti is too hurt and will not spare Anupama. Anupama contacts Malti. She recalls the emotional conflict. The family knows that Anuj didn’t stop Anupama from telling about Anu. They think Anupama sensed Anu is in trouble and came back. Dimpy tells that Anupama might have decided to come back because Maya is no more. Anuj goes to Anupama and shares her sorrow.

She tells that she didn’t do anything great. He asks her if she didn’t think of her Gurumaa’s dreams because Malti is hurt by her decision too. Anupama knows her mistake. Malti tells that Anupama has ruined her hopes. She swears to ruin Anupama’s relationships and love.
