Bhagya Lakshmi 20th July 2023 Written Update Wedding twist. Lakshmi meets Vikrant. He tells her that he was eager to meet her. He asks her to show the mehendi. She gets reluctant. Vikrant and Rishi see her mehendi. Rishi jokes about the light color of the mehendi and tells her that Vikrant doesn’t love her. He angers Vikrant. Neelam and Lakshmi don’t believe Rishi when he tells them that Vikrant is a fraud. Rishi tells that Vikrant is hiding a big truth from them. Vikrant answers Rishi by cooking a story. He lies to Neelam and convinces her. He wants to get married to Lakshmi before his truth comes out. Vikrant brainwashes Lakshmi against Rishi. He asks her not to fall into Rishi’s words. He focuses on his marriage. A twist will come at the wedding when Virender’s friend Sumer reveals Vikrant’s truth to the family and stop his marriage with Lakshmi. Faltu:
Ayaan and Faltu weep in sorrow over their separation. Faltu is heartbroken that Ayaan abandoned her. Ayaan is guilty. He realizes that he was wrong to not believe Faltu. Ruhaan tells him the truth. He asks Ayaan how he doubts Faltu when he claims to love her a lot. He adds that Ayaan’s love for Faltu is fake because he never respected her. Ayaan cries when Ruhaan tells him that Faltu is innocent and she never had any affair. Ayaan regrets that she didn’t trust his wife. Ruhaan tells that Ayaan doesn’t deserve a girl like Faltu. Ayaan wants to find Faltu.
Faltu learns from Charan that Ayaan has signed the divorce papers and wants her to sign them. Faltu breaks down. Charan asks her location to meet her. Faltu informs him that she is at Brijmohan’s house. Charan meets Faltu and enquires about the truth. She tells that she will not go back to Ayaan. He asks her to meet the Mittal family once and answers Ayaan once. He wants her to clean her name. She refuses to go back to Ayaan. Tanu gets worried when Ayaan gets adamant to find Faltu and apologize to her. She fears that Ayaan will unite with Faltu. The family learns about Faltu’s innocence and how Ayaan is sinking in guilt over his huge mistake. They get worried for Ayaan.

Neelam asks Virender to stop giving responsibilities to Lakshmi, who would be married very soon and go from their leave. He tells that his heart is sinking with sorrow. She tells that they should be happy for Lakshmi’s new beginning. He tells that Lakshmi will get love and all the rights of a Bahu in Vikrant’s family which she didn’t get in the Oberoi house. Rishi asks Lakshmi to marry him. She rebukes him for such a thought. She tells that she is going to marry Vikrant. He doesn’t let her erase the R on her hand. She tells that she will wipe off the R at any cost. He asks her how will she wipe off his name from her heart and mind. They get into a moment. Their heads strike and they start arguing.
Malishka rushes to meet Lakshmi to warn her. She is terrified after that nightmare. Malishka walks inside and doesn’t see Rishi with Lakshmi. Rishi hides from Malishka. Lakshmi makes an excuse. Malishka asks her to just marry Vikrant and leave. She warns Lakshmi and goes. Lakshmi tells Rishi that they have to collide their heads again. He refuses. She runs after him. They fall over the bed and land into a romantic eye lock. She hits on his head. She makes a design on her hand to hide the R. She asks him not to work hard to stop the marriage because it will happen at any cost.
Rishi tells that he won’t let it happen. Ayush asks him if he spoke to Lakshmi and proposed to her. Rishi replies that he is going to marry Malishka. Virender welcomes Sumer home. He invites him to Lakshmi’s marriage. He tells that Rishi has divorced Lakshmi. Sumer praises Virender for setting an example and making Lakshmi his daughter. Virender tells that Lakshmi is really like her name. Sumer asks him to keep Lakshmi home. Vikrant arrives to meet Lakshmi. He wonders why did a policeman come home. He thinks it’s impossible to defeat him. Virender introduces Vikrant as Lakshmi’s would-be husband.
He tells that DGP Sumer is his friend. Vikrant worries and tries to avoid Sumer. Sumer stares at Vikrant. Rishi meets Sumer. Sumer tells that he has seen Vikrant somewhere. He doesn’t remember. Vikrant is relieved that Sumer didn’t identify him. He gets Saloni’s call. He informs her about Sumer. She asks if Sumer has seen him. He tells that he just met Sumer and avoided him. They worry that the problems are increasing. Vikrant doesn’t want to take any risks till the marriage happens. She asks him not to go in front of Sumer again. He doesn’t want Rishi to get any information. Rishi asks Sumer about Vikrant. He asks if he knows Vikrant or met him before. Sumer tells that he met Vikrant but he isn’t able to recollect it.

Virender asks Sumer to keep his duty aside. Rishi thinks to dig into the matter. Ayush meets Vikrant. Vikrant wonders if Ayush overheard his conversation with Saloni. He asks when did he come. Ayush asks what is he hiding. Vikrant asks what will he do even if he knows it. He asks Ayush to do anything he wants if he heard it. Ayush realizes that Vikrant was sharing his secrets. Vikrant tells that he has come to meet Lakshmi. He taunts Ayush. He tells that Rishi and Ayush don’t have any time left to prove the truth. Ayush swears to punch his face once he gets proof. Rishi tells Neelam that Sumer had seen Vikrant before, which means Vikrant was involved in a crime. Neelam asks him to stop thinking negative.
She tells that Vikrant belongs to a nice family. Rishi tells that he noticed Vikrant getting awkward seeing Sumer and leaving. Vikrant tells that Rishi is right about him. He tells that he fought with his friend to save a girl’s respect, so he got involved in a police case. He clears Rishi’s doubt. He tells that he isn’t a criminal. He asks Rishi to speak to Sumer if he wants. Neelam tells that she trusts him. Rishi knows Vikrant is a criminal. Vikrant tells Neelam that he is planning the honeymoon trip and came to take Lakshmi’s passport. Lakshmi comes downstairs and meets him. He requests her to show the mehendi color. Lakshmi shows her hand. Rishi and Vikrant see the light color of the mehendi.
Rishi tells that the mehendi color didn’t get dark because Vikrant is a fraud. Neelam asks Rishi to stop the nonsense and just leave. Vikrant asks Lakshmi not to feel bad about Rishi’s words. He tells that she got divorced from Rishi and it’s good to be away from negative people. He asks for her passport. He asks Lakshmi if she trusts him. He knows that she is marrying him because of faith. He thanks her for keeping the faith. He promises to never break her trust. He feels proud of himself. He wants to achieve his happiness. Anjana and Saloni get worried thinking Rishi will put a hurdle in Vikrant’s marriage. Saloni doesn’t tell Anjana about Sumer. Rishi wants to send Vikrant to jail. He thinks only Sumer can help him. He calls Sumer and asks him to meet him urgently.
