YRKKH 21st August 2023 Written Update Akshara’s decision. Akshara defends Abhimanyu in court. He tells that he has given Abhir to Abhinav just to ensure that Abhir stays happy with his parents. He adds that he can’t keep Abhir’s custody and punish the little boy by snatching the happiness that lies in his parents. He tells that he had accepted Abhir’s love for his parents and just Abhir’s happiness mattered to him. Akshara tells the court that Abhimanyu had no motive to kill Abhinav after he has handed over the custody to Abhinav a day before the accident took place. She adds that Abhimanyu is innocent and the charges against him are false. She appeals to the court to release Abhimanyu. The court gets adjourned for a day. Kairav gets enraged at Abhimanyu. He tells that Abhimanyu has manipulated Akshara into a mentally fragile state. He accuses Abhimanyu of playing a sympathy game.
Akshara tells that she decided to defend Abhimanyu and the latter didn’t know it before. She tells that she wants to prove Abhimanyu innocent. Kairav rebukes her for forgetting that Abhimanyu has snatched Abhinav from them. He tells that she will regret her actions a lot. Akshara doesn’t reveal anything. Manjiri doesn’t think it’s right to trust Akshara when they know what she has lost. Abhimanyu tells that he trusts Akshara, who is fighting to save him by going against her family. He wants Manjiri to just trust him and also his belief in Akshara. Manjiri gets worried thinking Akshara might lose the case in the end and get Abhimanyu jailed. He wants to hire some other lawyer. Abhimanyu doesn’t listen to her.
Kairav asks Akshara to show the evidence she got in Abhimanyu’s favor. He asks why is she defending her husband’s murderer. Akshara tells that the proof is submitted for verification. She doesn’t have anything to show them. Manish asks if she doesn’t trust him. She tells that he just had a misunderstanding and the truth is something else. She tells that they shall know the truth in the court. Muskaan accuses Akshara of siding with Abhimanyu after Abhinav left their lives. She tells that Akshara has feelings for her ex-husband and she also dreams to unite with him. Muskaan’s allegations make Akshara cry and turn Manish furious. Manish defends Akshara’s character and lectures Muskaan.

He shows Muskaan her limits and asks her not to forget her manners to disgrace someone else. He believes Akshara. Akshara tells that they shall see the proof of Abhimanyu’s innocence in the court. Abhimanyu realizes how wrong he had been in the past, he was unfair to divorce Akshara and throw her out of his life when he lost his brother, but now when she has lost Abhinav, she is still fighting for the truth. He feels proud of her. Kairav asks Muskaan not to stain Akshara’s character. Muskaan asks about Abhinav, who lost his life because of Akshara’s ex.
Kairav asks her to let the truth come out. Akshara tells Abhir that Abhimanyu is innocent, he didn’t kill Abhinav but tried to save him. She adds that she will show him the proof soon. Abhir misses Abhinav. In the next episode, Akshara proves Abhimanyu’s innocence in court. Abhir slips into depression over Abhinav’s loss.
