YRKKH 16th September 2023 Written Update Abhira’s DATE. Akshara and Abhimanyu receive a phone call that leaves them stunned, prompting them to go to the hospital as soon as possible. They meet Abhir there. Abhimanyu enquires about Abhir’s friend, but the latter replies that he couldn’t locate him, and had asked Manish to take him for a bandage. Akshara is angry because of his lie, but he apologizes before informing them that it is an urgent matter. Abhimanyu then asks about the wedding image he was holding; to which Abhir reveals its source. Abhir inquires why Abhimanyu and Akshara are resisting marriage. He reports that before this, they seemed very content. Akshara tells him to stop talking. Abhimanyu responds that not all friends marry. However, Abhir insists that it would be better for the three of them to stay together if they did tie the knot, persistently attempting to change their minds.
Mahima voices her doubts about the Goenkas coming for the Ganpati Visarjan puja and Akshara not attending the puja, to which Manjiri contradicts, saying that with luck they would come. Ruhi is mad at Goenkas for coming so late. Manish mentions how his wife always takes a lot of time to get ready. But Ruhi protests this by calling him a liar and pointing out that it was he who spent forever styling his hair. Aarohi notices Akshara’s distress and pulls her away for a private conversation. She urges her not to reject Abhimanyu’s alliance due to any awkwardness caused by her presence. However, Akshara isn’t keen on talking about it and says that she will leave right away if the marriage topic is discussed again. Abhir hugs Ganpati firmly, refusing to let him go as Akshara explains and everyone begins the aarti.
As the ritual comes to an end, Abhir whispers his wish to Ganpati – that Abhimanyu and Akshara get married – not revealing it further when asked by Abhimanyu, keeping it a secret. Abhir checks for places to set his parents’ date, and just then Manish arrives to inquire as to why Abhir lied when he saw the hotel booking website. Abhir doesn’t explain, but Manish offers a solution. Manish promises not to divulge what is spoken between them.

Abhir outlines his plan and Manish agrees, prompting them to purchase presents for Abhimanyu and Akshara. Additionally, Abhir suggests composing messages for the gifts; again, Manish gives a nod of approval. Muskaan is on the phone speaking to Neela and tries to tell her about Goenkas’ madness to reunite Abhimanyu and Akshara. She prompts a quarrel with Kairav about Akshara and Abhimanyu’s marriage. Mahima reminds Abhimanyu that there is an important meeting today. He confirms his attendance promptly. Shefali suddenly shouts, requesting Abhimanyu to come out immediately; he quickly sprints out asking if everything is alright but finds himself in surprise upon seeing someone had sent gifts for him. Akshara notices the gifts that came for her. She gets curious to know who sent them, Manish and Abhir exchange mischievous grins.
Aarohi suggests maybe some secret admirer sent the gifts for Abhimanyu. Akshara asks who it could be and says that the poems are cheap. Manish interjects saying that whoever wrote them did so with love. Akshara responds threateningly that she would teach the sender a lesson. Akshara reassures them that she is enough to fight the guy. Abhir wishes her the best of luck for the date. Manish quickly corrects himself saying he meant ‘all the best for the fight’. Abhir wonders if their plan would be successful. Abhimanyu and Akshara arrive at the park. She angrily states that he had asked her to meet him in such a terrible spot. They bump into each other and some gift boxes fall.
He holds her hand instinctively to ensure she doesn’t slip. At this point, Police officers arrive on the scene and arrest Abhimanyu and Akshara, reprimanding them harshly. Abhimanyu remonstrates that he is a doctor and she is a lawyer – surely they aren’t criminals? In response, Akshara remarks that she was conversing with the Police while he felt it necessary to become a hero once more. He retorts how any could ever talk to her like that. He takes a stand for her, which leaves her surprised.
