Anupama 20th September 2023 Written Update Birthday surprise. Anupama notices Malti’s distress and inquires about it. Malti explains that she felt suffocated in her room and had come out to find some fresh air, but now she can’t locate her room. Anupama offers to guide her, but before they can leave, Pakhi arrives and offers to help as well. Malti looks at Pakhi while Anupama introduces her as her daughter. As they walk away, Anuj becomes uneasy and remarks that he doesn’t appreciate the way she stares at him. Anupama soothes him and advises him to remain calm.

She mentions that she intends to give a cheque to the orphanage. He says that he used to travel to Mumbai and donate to Abhay, but now there is a branch in Ahmedabad. He suggests she visit there and make the donation. He adds that he derives joy from doing good deeds. Anupama praises his consistent acts of kindness. He says that no child must remain in an orphanage, as every child deserves the love of both parents. Malti inquires about the decorations, to which Pakhi responds that they are celebrating Anuj’s birthday today. Malti becomes emotional and encourages Pakhi to make the party a success. Adhik and Romil have an accidental run-in, leading Adhik to question if Romil is blind.

Romil apologizes for his mistake, but Adhik continues to criticize him. Pakhi interrupts their argument and asks what is going on. Romil assures her that everything is fine. Anu then inquires about the games at the party, and Pakhi confirms that there will be many activities planned. Pakhi urges Adhik and Romil to put an end to their argument. She reminds them of the previous incidents caused by their discord and suggests that only happiness should prevail from now on. Anupama makes a plan to visit an orphanage, perform puja at the temple, and return home. While looking around the room, she notices a photo of Malti’s son on the bed and picks it up. However, she accidentally drops it into the nearby dustbin.
