Kumkum Bhagya 20th September 2023 Written Update Pranbir accused. Sitting next to Prachi, Ranbir notices her sadness and asks for the reason behind it. She explains that ever since Khushi was born, she has been her world and all her worries disappear when she is with her. However, she hasn’t had the chance to express her love properly, so she tries to be constantly by Khushi’s side. Prachi reveals that she wishes for Khushi to always be close to her like this. Ranbir assures her that Khushi’s love for her will only continue to grow stronger. He reminds Prachi that their bond is unbreakable and Khushi’s love will never change. In a pleading tone, Prachi asks Ranbir not to separate them. He reassures her that he would never do such a thing, as she is Khushi’s mother after all.
Prachi ponders Akshay and Vishaka’s inciting remarks. She implores him to make a promise. Ranbir retorts that if he had wanted to take Khushi, he would have snatched her right in front of her and Prachi wouldn’t be able to stop it. The aarti commences with everyone gathered around. Akshay schemes to drive a wedge between them by using Khushi, as he firmly believes that Ranbir has no place in Prachi’s life anymore. He calls the hired thug inside to meet Ranbir.
Meanwhile, Vishaka requests Akshay to perform the puja with Prachi. All the while, Prachi watches Ranbir intently. The entire household is on the lookout for Khushi. Ranbir inquires from Akshay what he wants to say, to which Akshay responds that he believes Khushi was taken by Ranbir. Prachi then urges the inspector to apprehend Ranbir for abducting Khushi.

Akshay and Prachi, Ranbir and Mihika and other family members do the Janmashtami puja. Akshay says that he has called the dancers home, but they have got late. He adds that Khushi will break the Dahi Handi. He welcomes the dancers home. His hired thug also comes with the group. The dancers perform. Ranbir and Khushi dance with them. Prachi is happy to watch them. Akshay keeps an eye on Ranbir. He sends the goon to Ranbir. The goon takes Khushi in his arms and talks to Ranbir. Ranbir gets a call. He goes from there. Akshay signs the goon to take Khushi and leave.

Vishaka and Manpreet ask the family members to come out. Prachi says that she will get Khushi. The family calls Khushi to break the Dahi Handi. When they get no response, they go to search for her. Ranbir gets stuck when a thief attempts to steal his phone. He fights the thief and gets his phone back. The thief scratches his neck to hurt him. Ranbir gets in pain. The family members don’t find Khushi anywhere. Prachi tells that she will find Khushi. She adds that Khushi likes to play hide and seek. Akshay and Mihika ask about Ranbir. Abhay tells that he spotted Ranbir with a strange man.
Prachi thinks Khushi is hiding. She asks Khushi to come out. She looks for her everywhere. She gets tense when nobody finds her around. She recalls Ranbir and Khushi playing hide and seek. Ranbir enters the house. Ashok asks him about Khushi. Ranbir tells that she was around. Ashok tells that Khushi is nowhere. Ranbir tells that Khushi likes to play hide and seek. Akshay fakes his tears and tells Ranbir that he isn’t getting a good feeling. He tells that he can’t forgive himself if anything happens to Khushi. Ranbir understands a father’s feelings. He asks him not to worry. Akshay fakes his good side.
Vishaka and Manpreet also look for Khushi. Prachi starts panicking when they find Khushi anywhere. She asks Khushi to come to her and not worry her more. Manpreet asks Prachi not to worry. Prachi tells Akshay that Khushi is nowhere. Ranbir asks her if she has checked the entire house. She tells that she has checked every room. Ranbir tells that he will go and look for her in the garden. Akshay stops him and questions him about Khushi. Ranbir tells that he was talking to a dancer, but it doesn’t mean anything. Akshay blames Ranbir for kidnapping his daughter. Ranbir asks did he lost his mind. Akshay tells that he knows what Ranbir wants. Akshay doesn’t want to spare Ranbir when its about Khushi.

He asks Ranbir to answer him. He threatens to expose Ranbir. Ranbir clears that Khushi is his daughter. Akshay tells that Ranbir is good, but he wants to take Khushi away from the family. Ranbir asks him to control himself. He tells that Prachi is Khushi’s mother and he will never separate them. Akshay confronts him about his words to Khushi. He asks Ranbir to admit that he wanted to take Khushi with him, but she refused. Ranbir tells that Khushi said that. Prachi asks Ranbir if is it true that Khushi wanted to stay with the Tandon family. Ranbir says yes. He tells Prachi that he didn’t say anything wrong to Khushi when he said he wants to stay with Prachi and Khushi as a family.
Akshay tells that it’s wrong, Khushi is Prachi and his daughter, and she wanted to stay with them, so Ranbir kidnapped her. Ranbir calls him mad. Akshay tells that he is saying what he heard. Ranbir condemns his thinking. He adds that he felt good to know Akshay’s family loves Khushi a lot and she wants to live with them. Akshay tells that he knows Ranbir’s truth. They get into a heated argument. Akshay asks Ranbir about the nail marks on his neck. He tells that Khushi might have scratched his neck during his kidnapped. Ranbir asks him to stop it. Akshay tells that the family should believe him, than Ranbir. He adds that he will prove to them that Ranbir kidnapped Khushi. He is worried for Khushi. He angrily compels Ranbir to accept the blame. Ranbir denies it. Akshay asks Abhay to get the CCTV footage.
He tells that he has got the rights of Khushi’s father. Ranbir asks him to stop blaming him. He tells that Khushi would have listened to him if he asked her to come along. Akshay tells that Ranbir wants Prachi. Ashok limits him. Prachi calls it enough. Akshay tells her that he isn’t saying anything to defame her. He asks her to see the truth, Ranbir is acting good, but he wants to keep Khushi away from her. Mihika asks him to stop blaming Ranbir. She accuses Prachi. She tells that Ranbir isn’t eyeing Prachi, but she is sorry to say that Prachi is eyeing Ranbir. She claims that Prachi is interested in Ranbir. Prachi and Ranbir are shocked and seem worried.
