Bhagya Lakshmi 29th September 2023 Written Update Malishka’s entry. Lakshmi’s shy demeanor becomes apparent as she mentions retrieving the ropes and leaves Rishi’s inquiry unanswered. He observes her cuteness as she avoids his question, and playfully predicts that one day she will confess her feelings for him. Upon Lakshmi’s return with the rope, Rishi begins tying a cloth to the window while she starts clearing space for sleeping. As they banter about the clutter in the room, Rishi jokingly suggests that there may be something else in Lakshmi’s heart. Confused, she innocently asks what he means, to which he slyly responds that it must be love for him.
This causes Lakshmi to blush and reminds him to focus on cleaning instead of teasing her. As Ayush descends the stairs, he joins Harleen Dadi and Virender, who are engrossed in conversation. Excitedly, he shares that Rishi and Lakshmi have found a place to stay, as they all smile in agreement. They express their joy that the two are finally reunited. Just then, Neelam enters through the door with Malishka trailing behind her, causing the smiles on Ayush, Harleen, and Virender’s faces to fade. Meanwhile, at their old home, Lakshmi struggles to clean the ceiling of cobwebs while Rishi watches her attempt to reach with her shorter stature. He approaches her and lifts her up, causing her to grip his shoulders in surprise.
He instructs her to wipe the ceiling since she is now within reach, and she does as he says while Rishi gazes at her admiringly. Eventually, he sets her back down but keeps his arm around her waist as he brushes away strands of hair from her face with his other hand, both lost in each other’s gaze. Rishi requests that Lakshmi look into her heart and uncover her true feelings for him. However, this conversation upsets Lakshmi, causing her to refuse talking to Rishi. In an apologetic tone, Rishi reassures Lakshmi not to be upset with him. Dadi then asks Virender if he inquired about Neelam’s whereabouts. Virender confirms that he did, but Neelam was too angry to respond. Karishma wonders if Neelam went to bring Rishi back home. Ayush enters the scene and asks if Mami went to get Rishi. Virender suggests it is a possibility. Karishma voices her opinion that Lakshmi should not visit them, while Ayush counters by saying they are the ones who control her actions. Virender adds that it remains to be seen who returns with Neelam.

Ayush mentions that Rishi will arrive with Lakshmi, prompting Dadi to offer to bring them. Virender adds that their home will once again be filled with joy. Dadi suggests it would be beneficial for both Rishi and Lakshmi to come together. Unexpectedly, Neelam appears with Malishka, causing shock in Ayush, Dadi, and Virender, while Karishma is pleased. Neelam takes Malishka inside after holding her hand. Upon seeing Lakshmi, Rishi assures her that he will not hurt her feelings again and promises to fulfill her requests. In response, Lakshmi playfully asks him to hold his ears and they make up as friends once more. She mentions needing some things for the house and plans to retrieve money from Rano’s house the next day.
Surprised by this, Rishi asks where she will get the money from. Unbothered by this inquiry, Lakshmi expresses her willingness to do anything for him and considers him a dear friend. Touched by her words, Rishi insists on helping and making their bond stronger by doing something special for her in return. Karishma informs Neelam that she had gone to fetch Malishka, mistakenly assuming she was looking for Rishi. Virender expresses to Malishka that he doesn’t think Rishi is a suitable match for her. Dadi comments positively on Malishka’s arrival and mentions the plan to counsel her. Neelam clarifies that she has brought Malishka to officially welcome her as a daughter-in-law. The room falls into a stunned silence.
Upon returning, Lakshmi informs Rishi that she received a water bottle from their neighbor for him to drink at night. Rishi reminds her not to go to a neighbor’s house for anything, but Lakshmi explains that it’s common for them to ask their neighbors and it helps build relationships. Jokingly, Rishi says he will become Lakshmi’s neighbor in order to be related to her. Neelam then shares that she has brought Malishka along as her potential daughter-in-law. Virender interjects, claiming that Rishi does not love Malishka. However, Neelam defends her son by stating that he has professed his love for Malishka numerous times. Rishi and Lakshmi discover the fan is not functioning. Lakshmi checks again. Karishma assures that Rishi’s feelings for Malishka are genuine and his actions are based on misunderstandings.

Neelam reminds them all that they too were once fond of Malishka. Ayush questions Malishka about her self-respect. In response, Malishka mentions how Lakshmi chose to stay with Rishi despite knowing his love for her and asks if she was also consulted. She wonders why Ayush is so angry and claims she was invited by the head of the household. Neelam announces that Malishka will soon become her daughter-in-law and advises Ayush not to disrespect her. She then invites Malishka to call her “Mom” and leads her inside the house. Abhay explains to Kiran that Neelam’s persistence and self-imposed duty are driving her to arrange Rishi’s marriage with Malishka. He reveals that Neelam’s pride has been wounded and she cannot stand the thought of losing. Kiran points out that Neelam is essentially battling with her own son.
Abhay adds that Neelam’s true adversary is Lakshmi, as she plans to take Rishi away from her and regain her former glory. Kiran states that Neelam is resolute and won’t waver in her determination to unite Rishi and Malishka in marriage. He adds that Malishka’s love for Rishi is genuine and she deserves a lifetime of joy. As proof of the successful solution, Rishi lifts Lakshmi while she operates the fan with a small rod. Virender expresses concern to Dadi over Neelam jeopardizing Rishi and Lakshmi’s happiness. Dadi agrees that Neelam’s intentions are misguided and asserts that she only wants Malishka’s happiness. Virender reminds them to also consider Malishka’s well-being.
