Kavya 4th October 2023 Written Update Past triggered. As Sajeev admires Adhiraj’s spacious room, Adhiraj credits his father for its size. Karan then chimes in with a remark about nepotism and how he prefers to marry someone of equal rank. Sanjeev interjects with a comment towards Karan, but Adhiraj is fond of Sanjeev and offers him his VIP room to stay in. The trio is soon joined by a peon who informs them of the rules and their upcoming orientation. Meanwhile, the girls also learn of the rules and begin choosing outfits for the event. Gauri asks Kavya’s parents to cover the expenses for the cancelled engagement ceremony, which Anjali questions as it may be too high of an amount.

Kavya notices a blue saree her mother packed for her and asks her roommate to wear it, but she declines. Feeling overwhelmed, Kavya turns to her roommate for help in putting on the saree, only to be met with refusal. In frustration, Kavya reaches out to her mother Anjali for assistance. As Shubh descends the stairs, Rajeev turns to him for assistance. Shubh shares his thoughts on the matter while Anjali receives a phone call. Noticing Anjali’s tears, Kavya inquires about the cause. In response, Anjali explains how Gauri is insisting on a large sum of money to call off the engagement.

Kavya informs Gauri that she will cover the costs. Gauri makes a comment, to which Kavya responds by telling Shubh not to disrespect her parents and reminding him that no one can take away her IAS aspirations. Shubh ends the phone call abruptly, takes off the engagement ring, and exits. Kavya smiles as she notices Jaideep taking over as the new CAD director. She greets him with “uncle,” but Jaideep corrects her, stating that he is now referred to as sir, being the CAD director. On a different call, Jaideep assures his wife that Kavya will return home in two days. Subsequently, Kavya discovers a new project and it triggers memories of her sister’s tragic death. Jaideep inquires Seema about the meeting with the students. She responds that they can gather at convocation. Kavya and her roommate dress up in sarees, taking guidance from a YouTube tutorial. Adi and other students arrive at the orientation ceremony, where he exchanges smiles with Kavya. Upon noticing the Peon’s concerned expression, Kavya asks him what is wrong. The Peon explains his predicament and urges her to attend the orientation. Anuja calls out to Kavya to join them for better seating arrangements. Kavya proceeds inside with enthusiasm upon seeing the beautiful convocation hall. Meanwhile, Jaideep receives an update on Kavya’s response through Gauri’s call.

Seema assures Adi that everything is prepared for the orientation and reminds him to close the doors on time as punctuality is crucial for the attendees. Malini calls Adi and informs him that nothing has changed in the convocation hall. She asks him to reminisce about his past experiences during his orientation. Giriraj then arrives and comments on how IAS officers always work under politicians. Adi replies with a remark of his own before Giriraj leaves. Adi expresses his gratitude towards Malini for being the reason he is at CAD Academy. In response, Malini urges Adi to live his life fully. As Adi notices Kavya, he admires her for being someone who can bring about change in society’s norms.

However, Kavya appears troubled as she sees Navya sitting in front of her looking sad. Adi asks Kavya why she appears to be upset and reminds her that she has achieved her goal. To which, Kavya explains that she has only found a path to reach her aim and not yet accomplished it completely. Disheartened, she leaves the convocation room and notices a peon speaking on the phone with his daughter, looking worried. As soon as he sees Kavya, he ends the call abruptly. Sensing his distress, Kavya offers to help him in any way. Kavya successfully convinces the Principal of Naina’s school to allow Rajeshwar more time to pay the fees. Relieved, Rajeshwar expresses his gratitude and invites Kavya inside.

Meanwhile, Jaideep inquires with Seema about the attendance for the orientation. Seema informs him that everyone is present, except for Kavya. Instructing her to close all doors, Jaideep then asks Rajeshwar to attend the orientation while Kavya witnesses Navya’s happiness from outside. However, when Adi notices Kavya’s absence from the ceremony, he opens the door to let her in. Despite her relief upon entering, Kavya’s joy is quickly overshadowed by shock as she sees Jaideep on stage. As she steps on a wire causing the lights to go out, Kavya recalls the warnings given by Jaideep and his family.
