Bhagya Lakshmi 8th October 2023 Written Update Lakshmi versus Neelam. As Virender converses with Rishi, Ayush enters the cabin and greets them. Ayush then questions Rishi about addressing his brother as “Sir”. This angers Ayush, leading him to express his frustration to Virender. He urges Rishi not to treat him that way, as they share a strong bond as brothers. On a positive note, Virender notes that everything appears to be resolved between Rishi and Ayush. However, he reminds them to consider the future outcomes of their actions. Turning to Rishi, Virender inquires about his plans for marrying Lakshmi. In response, Rishi reveals that he is attempting to persuade Lakshmi but she is hesitant. Virender stresses the importance of a prompt marriage between Rishi and Lakshmi before Neelam attempts to cause any further disturbance in their relationship.
As Virender urges him to seize the moment and pursue his love, Rishi comprehends the situation. Ayush shares that Malishka has already taken on the role of Neelam’s daughter, causing him to disapprove of her from the very beginning. Concerned about Rishi’s focus on marrying Lakshmi, Ayush advises him to remain vigilant. Rishi promptly leaves the office for home. Meanwhile, Neelam contacts Lakshmi and requests a meeting at a different location than their current residence with Rishi. Karishma overhears Neelam’s conversation and feels optimistic that Lakshmi will finally leave Rishi and Malishka behind for good.
At the restaurant where they meet, Neelam gets straight to the point and expresses her desire for Lakshmi to stay out of Rishi’s life completely and disappear somewhere far away. She offers all her wealth and assets in exchange for Lakshmi’s absence from Rishi’s life as she does not want to see her clinging onto him any longer. While observing a mother disciplining her child, Neelam comments on the unconditional love of mothers and their willingness to do whatever it takes to keep their children safe. Neelam then discusses Rishi’s marriage plans, stating that he is set on marrying Malishka and that Lakshmi must step aside as she holds his heart. Lakshmi, who considers Neelam like her mother, questions if she would leave Rishi for money, causing Neelam to react strongly.

She reminds Lakshmi that love is a pure bond and asks if she truly loves Rishi. Lakshmi admits she does not, but reminds Neelam of Rishi’s unwavering love for her and how he gave up everything to be with her. However, Lakshmi makes it clear that she will only leave Rishi’s life if he agrees to return to his family and find happiness there, as nothing matters more than his well-being to her. Malishka is pleased to learn that Neelam has approached Lakshmi. Karishma then reassures her that she and Rishi will be getting married the next day. Malishka remains skeptical, stating that she will only believe it when it happens as her previous dreams have never come to fruition.
Meanwhile, Neelam labels Lakshmi as shameless for constantly causing turmoil and ruining the happiness of families. Lakshmi explains to Neelam that she has repeatedly declined Rishi’s advances, but he refuses to let her go. Neelam accuses Lakshmi of being the reason Rishi won’t reconcile with his family and asks her to remove herself from his life. However, Lakshmi expresses concern that Rishi may harm himself if she leaves without any explanation. Neelam brushes off Lakshmi’s worries and claims that she is purposely keeping Rishi’s attention on her. Despite Neelam’s insistence, Lakshmi stands firm in her decision not to leave Rishi until she knows he is mentally and physically stable. This causes Neelam to storm out in anger, as Lakshmi remains determined to stay by Rishi’s side until he can return home on his terms.
