He grabs her hand and pleads for her to admit that she was unaware of Chiku’s true identity. Overcome with emotion, Titlie tearfully confesses that she did indeed know about Chiku’s truth. Garv’s heart is shattered by this revelation and he sinks down in shock. The other family members are also pained to see his distress. Without hesitation, Garv pulls Titlie near and asks why she kept such a significant truth hidden from him. He reminds her that he used to confide in Chiku about his childhood memories, yet she didn’t think to tell him that his beloved Chiku was still alive and he could go and embrace him once again.
Garv questions Titlie about her lack of guilt. He mentions his willingness to change and improve himself for her, emphasizing his deep trust in their love. However, before Titlie can respond, Garv advises her not to make excuses and accuses her of keeping him in the dark. He continues to ask for an explanation behind her betrayal while crying and demanding answers from Titlie. Megha continues her attempts to provoke Garv by scolding Titlie, claiming that he is heartbroken because of her. Meanwhile, Drishti pays a visit to a gynecologist who warns her about the dangers of having an abortion. In a state of panic, she declares that she will seek help from another doctor. However, the gynecologist informs her that she is already three months pregnant and going through with an abortion could be harmful.
As Drishti calls Sandy for support, she overhears him with his new girlfriend, who scolds her as well. Titlie confronts Megha, accusing her of being manipulative and insincere. Megha retorts by calling out Titlie for pretending to be truthful when in reality, she is fake. Garv unleashes his fury on Titlie, refusing to hear anything she has to say. He accuses her of being a hypocrite and starts smashing objects in his rage. Koyal tries to intervene, but Garv scolds her as well. Eventually, Garv storms off with Maina and Chiku, leaving behind a distressed Titlie. Koyal comforts Titlie with a hug while Megha observes with a smirk. As Titlie waits for Garv’s return, Megha seizes the opportunity to taunt her once again. The episode comes to an end as Megha gleefully remarks on Titlie’s failed love story.
