YRKKH 22nd October 2023 Written Update Abhi’s struggle. Mahima is reprimanding Abhimanyu for neglecting his team responsibilities and avoiding his duties. However, he explains to her that his top priority will always be his patients, and the hospital’s bottom line will never surpass their well-being. He also expresses his hope that they will eventually realize their pursuit of material gain is futile. In response, Mahima hopes that Abhimanyu understands he is sacrificing his entire life for just one person. A nurse interrupts Akshara on her way to see Abhimanyu, informing her that the doctor is ready for her appointment. Later, Abhimanyu confesses to Aarohi that he has stepped down from his position at the hospital but wants to keep it a secret from Akshara.

At the same time, Akshara overhears Aarohi discussing with Mahima the possibility of rehiring Abhimanyu, who is currently seeking employment at other hospitals. Akshara is taken aback by the news and filled with remorse as Abhimanyu continues to lose one thing after another because of her. She confides in her family that he has resigned from his job and is suffering due to her actions. Determined to make things right, Akshara secretly intervenes in Abhimanyu’s job hunt, ensuring he doesn’t get hired and is forced to return to Birla Hospital.

Meanwhile, Manjiri still opposes their marriage and makes a final attempt to stop it by writing a cheque. Unaware of Akshara’s role in his unsuccessful job search, Abhimanyu wonders why he wasn’t chosen despite his qualifications. It isn’t until later when he realizes that Akshara was behind it all along. While everyone is busy celebrating the night before the wedding, Abhimanyu pulls Akshara aside and confronts her about her actions. Will he be angry with her for interfering with his job prospects? As Swarna lectures Akshara for her unhealthy report, she declares that she will be monitoring Akshara from now on. Despite Akshara’s attempt to change the subject by mentioning Karwachowth, Swarna remains focused. Just then, Abhimanyu arrives and inquires about the occasion. Muskaan advises Akshara not to fast the next day, a sentiment that is shared by Abhimanyu. However, everyone else sides with Abhimanyu. The playful banter between Akshara and Abhimanyu is interrupted by Aarohi’s arrival. She almost reveals Abhimanyu’s secret but he stops her and lets Akshara know that he is on her side as well. Aarohi follows Abhimanyu inside and questions him about why he hasn’t told Akshara about leaving Birla Hospital. In response, Abhimanyu explains that he doesn’t want pressure to be put on Akshara regarding finances as it can negatively impact her health. Aarohi agrees with him and promises not to tell Akshara anything.

As Akshara arrives, appearing suspicious, Aarohi makes up a story about helping her choose a gift. Meanwhile, Shefali is preparing to give Akshara Sargi when Manjiri intervenes. Mahima urges Manjiri to let go of her stubbornness and accept Akshara and her baby in order to win back Abhimanyu. Despite this, Manjiri reminds Mahima of how she forced Abhimanyu out of the hospital. Witnessing their argument, Shefali urges them to stop bickering. Manjiri expresses concern over Abhimanyu’s financial dependence on Akshara, yet Mahima insists that her only wish is for Manjiri’s happiness since she cannot live without Abhimanyu.

Upon hearing about Abhimanyu’s upcoming wedding, Manjiri becomes anxious and abruptly leaves the room. Abhimanyu is diligently working in the dimly lit space when Akshara joins him, inquiring why he’s up so early. He poses the same question to her. She responds that she’s hungry and Aarohi is preparing something for her. Suddenly, the entire Goenka family arrives, ready to partake in Sargi. Abhimanyu can’t help but feel a twinge of sadness as he doesn’t have a Sargi to give Akshara or a family to share this tradition with. However, Akshara reassures him that he is all the family she needs and it’s his unwavering support that keeps her standing strong. Just then, Shefali enters with Sargi, leading Abhimanyu to momentarily believe that Manjiri has also arrived. His heart sinks when he realizes this isn’t the case.

Akshara reassures him that this difficult time will eventually pass. Meanwhile, Manjiri’s thoughts continue to spiral as she believes that Akshara’s love for Abhinav will never fade and she will never be able to love Abhimanyu, causing him to never find happiness with her. The next morning, Abhimanyu surprises Akshara by returning the breakfast and she wonders if he is fasting for her. She then tries to force-feed him in order to prevent him from fasting, but he ends up force-feeding her as well. However, they both end up spitting out the bite instead of swallowing it.

Subsequently, Abhimanyu is occupied with interviews in the hopes of securing a job quickly, while others inquire about his decision to leave his previous job. At the same time, Akshara stumbles upon Abhimanyu’s file and takes it to the hospital. She happens to overhear Aarohi asking Mahima to rehire Abhimanyu, who is simultaneously interviewing for other positions and keeping it hidden from Akshara. The news comes as a shock to Akshara, leaving her feeling upset that Abhimanyu is giving up everything he holds dear for her.
