To Sonal’s surprise, Malishka discloses that she purposely purchased a truck to push Rishi and Lakshmi’s car off the cliff. Gasping in disbelief, Sonal asks if there’s a possibility of being traced back to Malishka. Assuring her, Malishka shakes her head and explains that the truck driver is unaware of her identity or contact information. With a sigh of relief, Sonal proceeds to inform Kiran about their conversation.
Upon hearing about Rishi’s accident from Karishma, Kiran becomes anxious and inquires about his well-being. Karishma reveals that Rishi is missing and the police are searching for him, causing Kiran to feel even more distressed at the news from the authorities. As Karishma inquires about the medicine, Mahesh hurriedly enters Virender’s room. His expression turns anxious as he shares that Aayush called to inform them about Rishi and Lakshmi’s car accident while they were on their way to the airport for their honeymoon. Virender and Neelam are shocked by the news. Virender immediately stands up from the bed, while Neelam lets out a gasp in disbelief.
He expresses concern for Rishi and Lakshmi’s well-being and urges Neelam to pray for them. Specifically, he asks her to pray for Lakshmi’s safety so she can rescue Rishi if needed. He adds that if anything happens to Lakshmi, Rishi won’t survive. These words shock Neelam, who feels like Virender is blaming his son for the accident. Sonal berates Malishka for her actions in killing Rishi, while Malishka remains unemotional. Meanwhile, Mukesh, the helper at the Oberoi house, rushes to Virender’s room as Karishma asks him for updates. Displaying a news article on his phone, Mukesh reveals that Rishi and Lakshmi’s car has plummeted off a cliff with no sign of their bodies. At this news, Virender immediately jumps out of bed, while Neelam and Karishma reassure him that Lakshmi will be fine. However, Virender’s mind races with worry for Rishi and Lakshmi. On the other hand, Sonal warns Malishka that the police will soon arrive at her location since she left the truck at the scene of the crime. Annoyed, Malishka clarifies that leaving the truck was not part of her plan and urges Sonal to keep quiet since she paid the owner a hefty sum of money.
Virender expresses his frustration with Karishma and Neelam for constantly speaking ill of Lakshmi, as this behavior has now resulted in losing Rishi permanently. Ayush, accompanied by Shalu and Bani, is also contacted by him at the same time. Shalu takes charge and contacts Rano to ask about any update on Lakshmi’s whereabouts, but Rano disappoints her by informing her about RishMi’s car accident. Meanwhile, Kiran debates whether or not to contact Karishma for information and ultimately decides to do so. Upon hearing from Karishma that Rishi has gone missing after the accident, Kiran becomes anxious. Over at Oberoi house, Harleen, Karishma, and Neelam meet with priests to conduct a puja in hopes of finding Rishi and Lakshmi with the help of God.

Fortunately, their prayers are answered as a few men discover Rishi and Lakshmi’s bodies and quickly inform the police. Meanwhile, Ayush is also informed by the authorities and receives a call from Virender. He passes on the news that Rishi and Lakshmi have been found. Virender immediately rushes to the City Hospital where they are each receiving separate treatment in the operating theater. Bani and Shalu are heartbroken, but Ayush reminds them not to give up hope. Suddenly, Shalu receives a call from Rano who informs her of Rishi and Lakshmi’s critical condition. Overcome with emotion, Shalu is unable to speak while Bani takes the phone from her hand. Rano assures them that God will make everything right. Ayush arrives at the scene and offers Shalu some water while Bani comforts her.
Virender arrives at the hospital to inquire about Rishi and Lakshmi’s well-being. Ayush, feeling guilty, berates himself while Virendra encourages him to stay strong. He then sees Shalu and Bani, offering words of strength to them as well. Meanwhile, Sonal asks Malishka about her plan if she gets caught, but Malishka confidently assures her that she won’t be caught. Kiran joins them and points out the consequences if evidence is found against Malishka. He also reveals that Malishka’s target was not random, but Rishi Oberoi – a fact supported by Neelam who had a history of targeting those who bothered her son in their childhood.
