Bhagya Lakshmi 29th October 2023 Written Update Lakshmi missing. Virender quickly frees Ayush and Shalu, assuring them that he will retrieve the chit. However, as he smells gas, he informs Ayush and Shalu about it. While Virender turns off the gas, Shalu heads to retrieve the chit and Ayush attempts to open a window. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Rishi is taken to the ICU for observation while Neelam and Harleen stand by. Despite their efforts, they are unable to retrieve the chit as they flee from danger. Meeting with police in the middle of their escape, Virender reveals that Shambhu has escaped and warns them about the gas leak. Shalu regrets not getting the chit but Virender suspects that it was the driver who attempted to harm Rishi and Lakshmi. Harleen calls and they are relieved to hear that Rishi is awake. Neelam questions Rishi’s decision to leave the ICU, but he defends himself by saying that Lakshmi may have been in danger if he had not left. Ayush, Virender, and Shalu arrive at the hospital and embrace Rishi. He shares with them about Lakshmi’s attack. Shalu expresses gratitude to Rishi for rescuing Lakshmi while he instructs Ayush to protect her until he fully recovers.
Rishi says that a girl was responsible for attacking Lakshmi, which surprised everyone. Kiran assists Malishka and questions her about Lakshmi’s death. Malishka happily reveals that Rishi has regained consciousness and his memory is intact. When Kiran asks if she killed Lakshmi, Malishka nods and expresses that she will make Rishi hers. She also mentions having a peaceful sleep tonight. Meanwhile, Virender, Ayush, and Shalu discuss the implications of the woman attacker and how it confirms the driver’s claim of someone else driving the truck.
Shalu suggests catching the driver to use him as a witness while Virender believes they must first apprehend the female killer before she strikes again. Sonal arrives at Malishka’s room and informs them that she bribed the truck driver to not implicate Malishka. Kiran scolds the two of them, while Malishka reminds her that the driver is easily swayed by cash and will stay silent as long as they keep throwing it at him. She then informs Sonal about Lakshmi’s death, just as Kiran receives a call from Karishma. Upon answering, she learns that Rishi is conscious again and that Lakshmi was attacked.

Kiran checks in on Lakshmi’s condition, to which Karishma responds positively before ending the call. In frustration, Malishka throws her purse while Kiran remarks that she is lucky Lakshmi survived. Malishka frantically declares her intent to end Lakshmi’s life until she is successful, while Kiran leaves, unfazed by her threats. The next day, she rushes to the hospital and inquires about Lakshmi’s whereabouts from Shalu and Ayush upon entering her room. Not spotting Lakshmi in the bed, Malishka informs Ayush and Shalu, prompting them to search for Lakshmi as they realize she has regained consciousness.
Becoming anxious at the thought of Lakshmi going to the police station, Malishka calls Sonal and urges her to reach there quickly to prevent Lakshmi from speaking out against her once again. When Sonal questions how she plans to do it, Malishka instructs her to take drastic measures such as kidnapping or killing if necessary, ordering her to do whatever it takes to stop Lakshmi. After ending the call, Rishi awakens exclaiming Lakshmi’s name, and starts looking for her as well.
The manager reprimands the nurse for recent attacks and patient disappearances, discovering that the security cameras are not functioning properly. As Virender overhears, he becomes concerned and voices his disapproval, prompting the entire staff to search for Lakshmi. The nurse proposes that Lakshmi may have fled through a window, while Virender suspects she has been kidnapped. Trying to avoid involving the police, the manager asks Virender for time to locate Lakshmi himself.
