Prachi rebuts, insisting that there is indeed sugar, and proceeds to taste it. In a moment of spontaneity, Ranbir takes a sip from the exact spot where Prachi had just taken hers and an inexplicable feeling overcomes him – as if he had just shared a kiss with her. He turns to Prachi and confesses that he cannot bear to spend another day apart from her. Ranbir gets everyone’s attention and shares the news that Pandit has finalized the wedding date for him and Prachi, which is just two days away. Khushi approaches Ranbir and excitedly mentions her plans to wear all things sparkling for the occasion.
Meanwhile, Mihika quietly notes how Khushi has changed her stance towards Ranbir and is now happy about his marriage to Prachi. Akshay informs Ranbir that they’re facing an issue – the wedding venue is unavailable due to it being peak marriage season. Ashok suggests having the ceremony at their home, which is agreed upon by Ranbir’s family. To celebrate, Akshay serves everyone sweets. Mihika approaches Akshay, suggesting he try on a lady’s dress as it would be a good fit for him. However, Akshay politely declines and asks Mihika to leave. She then brings up the possibility of Ranbir and Prachi having another child and wonders what the child would call him. Vishaka intervenes and urges Mihika to stop provoking Akshay.
Mihika persists, urging him to act like a man before eventually leaving. Akshay is left reflecting on her words. Ranbir calls up Prachi and tells her he’s been thinking of her. He asks if she feels the same way. Despite Prachi denying it, Ranbir insists that he can tell she misses him. Determined to prove his point, Ranbir knocks on Prachi’s window. When she sees him, he declares this as his proof. Prachi finally admits that she misses him too. Later, Ranbir acts like he has a secret to tell and kisses her on the cheek before leaving. Akshay observes Prachi sleeping and she awakens to find him there.

After a moment, Akshay disappears from her view. Curious, Prachi goes to his room to investigate. Akshay sees this and pretends to be asleep. He inquires why she is there when she approaches him. Prachi denies any particular reason and asks if he is having trouble sleeping. Akshay mentions a headache and asks if Prachi would mind giving him a head massage. She agrees after a brief hesitation and tends to his head. Looking at themselves in the mirror, Akshay takes note of their reflection before Prachi ultimately leaves the room. Determined, Akshay makes a promise to himself not to let go of Prachi under any circumstances.
Pallavi informs Ranbir that she has spoken with Pandit, who mentioned not having set a date for their wedding. The Pandit then questions Ranbir about this matter. In response, Ranbir expresses his desire to marry Prachi at the earliest and urges Pallavi to support his decision. After some consideration, Pallavi agrees and suggests holding the wedding for two days. Grateful for her understanding, Ranbir thanks Pallavi. The next day, Pallavi brings Shagun for Prachi and presents it to her. Confused, Prachi asks about the purpose of these items. Vishaka explains that it is customary for the bride to wear a saree and jewelry during the wedding ceremony. Overhearing this conversation is Mihika.
