Upon Raja’s arrival, he inquires about the girl’s whereabouts and the goons promptly direct him to Lakshmi. Impressed with his team’s ability to capture her, Raja rewards them with 10 lakhs before instructing them to take Lakshmi to his hideout where they will all become rich together. He also reminds them to keep an eye on Rishi and Ayush before departing with his team.

Rishi is informed by the goons that their presence here was a grave error and their chances of survival are slim. In response, he forcefully smashes a nearby chair and proceeds to confront them, demanding to know where Raja has taken Lakshmi. One of the goons eventually divulges her location. With this information in hand, Rishi and Ayush restrain the goons and make a swift escape from the scene. Upon request from the customers, Raja Bhai summons his female accomplices to bring out Lakshmi. As the bidding for Lakshmi begins, Raja announces that she will go to the highest bidder. The price quickly rises to 25 lakhs.

Suddenly, Rishi interrupts and claims that Lakshmi is his wife. However, Raja Bhai dismisses Rishi’s claim and proceeds with the auction. In a desperate attempt to stop the auction, Rishi is restrained by Raja Bhai and told that he will have to witness his wife being sold off. Despite their frustration, Ayush and Rishi are powerless as one bidder offers 72 lakhs for Lakshmi. He then declares his intention to kiss her, which Raja Bhai allows. As Rishi reaches for Lakshmi, Raja grabs his collar with a smirk. He taunts Rishi, revealing his plan to sell Lakshmi in front of him. This unleashes a wave of fury in Rishi, causing him to raise his hand to strike Raja. Suddenly, a group of goons appears and violently attacks Rishi. In the midst of the chaos, they bind him to a pillar despite his protests that Lakshmi is his wife. Meanwhile, Raja encourages two newcomers to start bidding for Lakshmi’s hand as if she were just another possession. The two men begin bidding recklessly, but it is an old man who ultimately wins with a bid of one crore. Impressed by the amount, Raja declares that from now on, the old man is Lakshmi’s owner.

The old man’s happiness is palpable as he declares his plans to marry Lakshmi in front of Rishi. However, this only elicits a fierce growl from Rishi. Despite his attempts to break free from the pillar, the old man confidently proclaims that he will mark Lakshmi’s body with a kiss. As everyone laughs at his futile efforts, the old man gleefully remarks that he should have paid more for such a beautiful woman like Lakshmi. Rishi pleads with him to stop speaking such words, emphasizing that Lakshmi is like a daughter to him. In desperation, Rishi reminds the old man of his advanced age and questions his intentions towards Lakshmi. But the old man dismisses his concerns and even boasts about sending videos of their activities together to Rishi.
