Bhagya Lakshmi 19th November 2023 Written Update Lakshmi rescued. Rishi weeps while thinking about the happy memories he shared with Lakshmi. Through the window, he sees her receiving shock therapies. Witnessing her agony, he rushes inside and removes everything from her. The nurse urges him to stop and not disrupt the procedure, but he pays no attention and cradles Lakshmi in his arms. She sobs in pain and expresses her desire to give up, reminding him of his promise that it wouldn’t hurt, but it’s only causing unbearable suffering. Rishi joins in her tears and embraces her tightly, promising to shield her from any more pain. The nurse insists on the necessity of the treatment, but Rishi fiercely objects, vowing to never let Lakshmi suffer again.

Rano is concerned for Lakshmi, knowing that she will now be left alone. She expresses that perhaps Rishi is willing to stay by her side, but Neelam will never agree to it. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Rishi and Lakshmi exit the ward as the nurses try to prevent them from leaving. The doctor informs Virendra that they can no longer provide treatment because Rishi refuses to allow it. Rishi states that he will take Lakshmi home and they will handle her treatment there. Back at home, Sonia remarks that Lakshmi has lost her sanity and will never recover. Karishma contacts Virendra and hands the phone to Dadi.

Virendra explains that Lakshmi will not receive further treatment at the hospital and they are bringing her back home instead. Neelam and the others inquire with Dadi about what happened. Upon learning the truth, Sonia interjects, stating that Lakshmi has gone mad. Malishka hushes Sonia and then tries to pacify Dadi to gain everyone’s approval. Later, she calls Abhay and shares the positive news, which brings a smile to his face. Abhay then urges Malishka to return home, but she declines as she is determined to foster good relations with Rishi and witness Lakshmi’s downfall. Meanwhile, on their journey back home, Rishi assures Lakshmi that he will always support her.

Virendra reflects on his shortcomings as a father-in-law, but has faith that Lakshmi will emerge victorious and lead a happy life in the end. Lakshmi requests Rishi to roll down the car window so she can feel the breeze on her face. Upon returning to the hospital, Ayush supports Bani as she becomes overwhelmed and begins to cry. Shalu embraces her and reminds her to stay strong not just for herself, but for everyone else as well. Bani inquires why Lakshmi always seems to be the one suffering. Shalu responds that it is Lakshmi’s ill fortune that is truly her enemy. Bani vows to seek revenge on the person responsible for Lakshmi’s accident. Ayush intervenes and soothes them both, expressing his confidence in Lakshmi and his belief that her luck will soon change.
