Reeva gazes at Ishaan’s tattooed name on her neck, a small smile playing on her lips. She holds onto his jacket tightly, lost in a daydream of dancing with him. As she marks the date for the end of her job probation on her calendar, she can’t help but think about their future together and how she will finally be able to officially become engaged to Ishaan. Admiring the ring she had bought for him, she recalls how she couldn’t bring herself to give it to him just yet. But hearing Ishaan call her “Mrs Reeva Ishaan Bhosle” only solidifies her determination to make it a reality. Running her fingers over her tattoo, she knows that his name is not only engraved on her soul but now permanently etched onto her skin; a symbol of their unbreakable bond. And as soon as the probation period ends, she will become his forever.
The doctor tells Ashwini that they should shift Ninad to a private hospital for his treatment and surgery. She says that they have no money to pay the hospital fees. The doctor says that he will perform the surgery and not charge any fees. Vinayak says that the hospital will ask for payment. The doctor says that they don’t need to pay anything to the hospital. Ashwini thanks him for the help. He asks her to give the credit to Savi. Savi is puzzled and asks the reason. The doctor says that Ishaan has accompanied Savi. She asks him if Ishaan will fund the medical treatment. The doctor confirms it.
Savi says that she will call Ishaan and thank him. She goes to meet Ninad. Ishaan gets to hear the teachers praising Reeva’s proposal. He acknowledges it. Reeva thanks him and says that she wants to give a presentation. Ishaan gets engaged in work. Reeva tries to impress him. He closes his eyes and recalls his moments with Reeva. She is confident that she will get Ishaan back into her life. Ishaan says that there is a difference between throwing and losing things. He feels the pain of getting abandoned by her and gets tears in her eyes. She calls it her helplessness. She says that she cared for him once she realized their distance. He asks her not to show fake concern. She admits that she cares for him.
He says that she should have not joined the college and kept his word. She says that she can’t live without him, she wants to stay around him and live. She admits her feelings for him. She apologizes to him that she is hurting him. She says that she has no option but to hurt him with her presence because she will die without him. She makes a leave. Ishaan controls his temper and diverts his mind, talking about Savi. Bhavani fears for Ninad. Ashwini and Vinayak ask Bhavani not to worry. Ishaan meets Savi and gets sweets for her. He says that sweets will change her mood. Savi replies that she has kept a fast for Ninad, once the surgery is successful, she will eat the sweets. The doctor comes and gives the good news to the family. He says that Ninad is out of danger, he is stable and he is physically fit.
Savi and Ishaan thank the doctor. Bhavani expresses her wish to see Ninad. He asks her to meet him after a few hours. Savi gets overjoyed with the news and hugs Ishaan, in front of the family members. They get into a cute moment. Ishaan says that it’s okay and she can relax. She says that he has helped her big time. She is very grateful to him. She promises to return the money to him. He says that he didn’t do any favors on her and didn’t spend any money on Ninad’s surgery. She asks who has spent the money. He says that he just arranged a grant for Ninad’s surgery. She says that he has saved Ninad’s life. He says that he didn’t do anything great, after all, he has learned to care for people from her. He thanks her for saving Durva from Samrudh. He asks her to focus on their studies and become an IAS officer. Bhavani watches them.
