As Arshi observes the unexpected closeness between them, she becomes angry and marches towards the car. To prevent further conflict, Anirudh follows her and pleads for her to hear him out. He decides to confide in her while they drive, leading to a conversation about Jhanak. However, Arshi’s dissatisfaction with Anirudh’s behavior prompts her to question whether there is a hidden secret between him and Jhanak. He considers telling her everything and begins recounting their experiences in Kashmir, highlighting the challenges they had faced.
When he reveals that he was pressured into marrying Jhanak by the villagers, Arshi becomes enraged. His daydream ends. Anirudh is lost in his thoughts, considering the possible outcomes of confessing. He carefully manages the truth and handles the situation at hand. Amid their argument, Anirudh reprimands Arshi for slapping Jhanak in front of everyone. The tension between them continues as they discuss Jhanak. Unable to stand their closeness, Arshi removes herself from Anirudh’s company.
Despite his efforts to explain, the situation worsens. Eventually, Anirudh pulls over and calmly talks to her. In the end, they embrace each other. Jhanak’s fever has caused her to murmur her mother’s name and she has expressed a desire to see her. Anjana discreetly makes her way to Jhanak’s room and checks on her condition. She is saddened to discover that Jhanak is indeed running a fever. Anjana wastes no time in contacting her husband and together they do their best to provide comfort for Jhanak in hopes of alleviating her fever.

However, upon further inspection, Anjana’s husband realizes that there is no medicine available for her fever. The next day, other family members inquire about Jhanak’s condition. Anjana and her husband explain that she is not well enough to talk. Upon learning of Jhanak’s fever, Anirudh decides to call the doctor. Tanuja insists that Jhanak stays at Shristi’s house, as they no longer want her in their home. Still concerned for his sister, Anirudh visits Jhanak’s room and checks her fever.
She expresses deep sorrow and repeatedly asks Anirudh to take her back to Kashmir. In the upcoming episode, Jhanak will reveal her marriage but while doing so, she will stumble and fall down the stairs. Anirudh will quickly come to her aid and hold her in his arms. This closeness between them will leave Arshi bemused. The following day, Manjara will urge Jhanak to wear sindoor as a symbol of her married status.
