Karan and Preeta spot Nidhi and Preeta inquires about the Luthra family members. Nidhi reveals that Malti’s family has captured them. Concerned, Preeta attempts to enter the premises to rescue them, but Karan warns her of the danger inside. He assures her that he will find a safer way to get in and leaves. In the meantime, Preeta questions Nidhi about her marriage to Karan, stating that he can be arrogant. Curious, Nidhi asks why she is keeping secrets from him. Preeta defends herself by questioning why she should share anything with Karan since he is married to Nidhi. Misinterpreting Preeta’s emotions as anger towards Karan, Nidhi follows them as Karan returns to whisk away Preeta. Meanwhile, Rakhi takes out her frustration on Vicky and flees with Dadi and Mohit from there.

Surya instructs Sandy to sign the documents, but Sandy refuses until he speaks with his lawyer. The lawyer informs Sandy that his father had hired him and that he was able to secure bail for Sandy. To ensure compliance, Surya reminds Sandy that he cannot leave without signing the documents. After signing, Sandy departs from the location. Meanwhile, Vishnu brandishes a real gun at Mahesh and Mohit, while Raman does the same with Rajveer. He then demands that the Luthras come out of hiding. Preeta arrives and takes matters into her own hands by physically defending herself against the goons as they attack Malti’s family. Raman holds a gun and aims it at Preeta, but Vishnu intervenes to save her. She then asks him for the gun, which he throws towards her, but Karan catches it.

The Luthras retaliate against Malti’s family, while Vicky tries to attack Rajveer from behind. However, Preeta steps in and takes the blow instead, shocking everyone. Enraged, Rajveer beats up Vicky. In the chaos, Karan carries Preeta and they are all taken aback when the police arrive and arrest Malti’s family. After a while, the Luthras bring Preeta to the hospital. Nidhi secretly hopes for her demise as a nurse calls for the doctor. She realizes that she had forgotten to give them a form and informs the doctor who asks them to wait outside. As they wait anxiously, Karan notices that Preeta is holding his hand and shares this with everyone present. He assures her that he will protect her at all costs.

Palki wonders why Karan is so concerned about Preeta while Shanaya ponders about their relationship status. Nidhi appears to be dizzy, so Rakhi rushes over and supports her. The doctor assures the Luthras not to worry. Karan suggests Rajveer take Palki and Shanaya home. Mohit offers to drop them off instead, but Palki initially declines. However, Rakhi convinces her to go. Dadi questions Nidhi about why she is shaking, to which Nidhi responds that she is tense. She advises Rakhi and Dadi to leave and rest at home, but they refuse.
