Kumkum Bhagya 22nd January 2024 Written Update Dreamy Pranbir. Harleen asks Prachi to come ahead and tie the gathbandhan. Prachi denies it saying she can’t do it. Purvi is shocked. Khushi identifies Jasbeer in his disguised look. She asks him if he has kidnapped her. She rebukes his move. Prachi imagines Ranbir with her and they together tie the gathbandhan, showering the blessings on Purvi to have a good future with RV. As seen in the show, Ranbir envisions sharing a dreamy dance with Prachi to the tune of a romantic melody. However, his train of thought is suddenly interrupted by a phone call, prompting him to step away momentarily. In the meantime, Ranbir accidentally collides with Prachi, catching her off guard. Noticing Prachi’s presence behind him, Ranbir turns around to face her.
As they regroup, Harleen reminds Prachi that it is time to begin the customary ritual. However, before Ranbir can catch another glimpse of Prachi, she has already departed from the area. Meanwhile, Jasbeer approaches his associates and inquires about Purvi’s whereabouts. Tiger informs him that she is hidden in a drum nearby. Without hesitation, Jasbeer instructs his henchman to retrieve the drum containing Purvi. Disturbed by these events, Ranbri appeals to Jasbeer to halt his actions.
Ranbir inquires about the drum they are carrying, to which Jasbeer explains it is part of a ritual where the drum will be purified at the wedding venue and the water will then be used to sprinkle on all the guests for purification. Ranbir expresses his unfamiliarity with this ritual and asks to see their faces, feeling suspicious. However, Jasbeer clarifies that showing their faces is not possible due to the nature of the ritual. Ranbir agrees and allows them to continue. As per tradition, the Pandit proceeds to have the bride and groom exchange varmalas. RV and Purvi are seen exchanging garlands held by each other’s hands. Palki remembers Rajveer when she sees RV and Purvi together. Diya is confused seeing Shaurya. Shanaya tells that Shaurya is his fiancé. Diya says that Shaurya isn’t of her and she doesn’t know it. She asks her to be careful of her heart. Shanaya is confident that Shaurya is just of her. The Pandit calls Purvi’s mother for tying the gathbandhan. Prachi misses Ranbir in her life at this special moment. Harleen asks Prachi to come ahead to do the ritual, but the latter refuses.
Jasbeer tells Tiger that Chacha ji will agree to help him. Khushi shouts for help. She wonders who has kidnapped her. She tries to save her life. Jasbeer stops the van and asks Tiger to check. Khushi attempts to run away. Jasbeer catches her and is shocked that Tiger has abducted Khushi instead of Purvi. Ashok and Manpreet ask Prachi about the matter. Vishaka asks Prachi to perform the ritual. Prachi gets emotional. She tells that she is missing Ranbir and remembers his wish.
Purvi also weeps. RV asks Purvi if she is missing her dad. He requests Prachi to tie the gathbandhan because nothing is more important than a mother’s blessing. He adds that Prachi is Purvi’s mother and father also. He asks her to tie the gathbandhan, Purvi is missing her dad and she will feel glad. He urges Prachi to come. Prachi ties the gathbandhan and imagines Ranbir with her. They together bless Purvi. Shaurya misses his mom. He goes away from there. Shanaya follows him. Khushi yells at Jasbeer for kidnapping her. He clarifies that he had to kidnap Purvi and her marriage with RV.
He beats his men for kidnapping Khushi and missing out on Purvi. Khushi warns him to stay away from Purvi. She says that she will tell everyone about his evil. Jasbeer asks his men to catch Khushi. She runs away. They manage to catch Khushi and administer the drugs to her, causing her to faint. Jasbeer wants to rush and get Purvi. Shanaya tells Shaurya that she has to ask him something. He asks her to go ahead but doesn’t guarantee to answer her. She asks the reason for his strange behavior.
He tells her that she has trapped him. She says that she likes him. He says that many girls like him, but he doesn’t like them. She asks him if he likes someone else. He says that it doesn’t matter and he won’t change. He asks her to leave him alone. Jasbeer and his men bring Khushi back to her place. Jasbeer says that Khushi is his sister-in-law. He just wants Purvi. He says that he doesn’t want anyone else. He admits that he loves Purvi and she has become her life. He asks Tiger to arrange an empty drum. He decides to take Purvi with him.
