Concerned about Virender, she inquires with the nurse who assures her that he is receiving proper treatment and advises her not to worry. Despite wanting to see Virender, Lakshmi’s medication causes dizziness, prompting the nurse to recommend rest until it wears off. The nurse discloses that Virender has been moved to the ICU and cannot receive visitors there. Neelam pleads with the doctor to do everything possible to save Virender’s life. The doctor reassures her that they are providing him with top-notch treatment. Abhay inquires if he should bring doctors from the US.
The doctor responds that their team is already giving their best efforts and it is up to them whether they want to seek additional help. Neelam also asks if they can see Virender. The doctor informs them that once he is moved to the ICU, they can visit him. Malishka asks the nurse about Virender. The nurse says that Virender is gaining consciousness. She has seen him moving his fingers. Lakshmi asks the nurse to take her to Virender once. She wants to see him. Malishka goes to kill Virender so that she can blame Lakshmi for his loss. She removes the oxygen mask. Lakshmi lands there at the same instant and doesn’t see Malishka around. Malishka hides from Lakshmi. Will she succeed in killing Virender? As Sonia embraces Rishi, she inquires about Virendra’s condition. Rishi explains that the doctors are attending to Virendra and Neelam, while everyone prays for his recovery. Malishka approaches the nurse for an update on Virendra’s health. The nurse shares that he is regaining consciousness and rushes to inform the doctor. With a glimmer of hope, Malishka decides to inform her family about the positive news. Meanwhile, Lakshmi anxiously asks the nurse if she could see Virendra. The understanding nurse agrees to take Lakshmi to him.
Malishka approaches Virender, and removes his oxygen mask to cause harm. As the nurse escorts Lakshmi to Virendra’s room, Malishka hears footsteps and quickly puts the mask back on while hiding from them. Spotting Lakshmi, Malishka sees an opportunity to shift the blame onto her once again and proceeds to do so. However, before she can act, a sound startles the nurse who turns around, prompting Malishka to leave. Later, Malishka informs the Oberoi family that Virendra has shown movement and they all rush to his side. Abhay inquires about Virendra’s survival chances and Malishka replies that neither he nor Lakshmi will make it through this ordeal.
As the nurse prepares to take Lakshmi out of the room, the Oberoi family gathers around Virender. Amidst their attention on him, no one notices Lakshmi’s presence except for Shalu. Rishi embraces Lakshmi, relieved to see her safe. Meanwhile, the doctor examines Virender and informs the family that he has slipped into a coma and still hasn’t regained consciousness. They question the doctor’s previous mention of Virender showing movement, but he clarifies that it may have been in his unconscious state. With that, the doctor exits and Rishi follows suit.
Malishka reprimands the nurse for toying with their emotions. She inquires about the sudden turn of events, where Virender has slipped into a coma within seconds. She also asks Lakshmi, who was present at the scene, if she knows what happened. However, Lakshmi recalls the incident where Malishka attempted to kill her. Neelam also remembers Malishka’s video showing Lakshmi underneath a car. Meanwhile, Rano receives a call from Shalu informing her about Virender and Lakshmi’s accident. The news shocks Rano and she rushes to the hospital. Seeking solace, Rishi turns to God and expresses his disappointment for giving them hope only to take it away. Ayush consoles him in this difficult time. Furthermore, Neelam goes to Lakshmi and takes her away from the situation.
