Kumkum Bhagya 18th April 2024 Written Update Prachi’s innocence. The commissioner and Rajvansh engage in a heated argument regarding Purvi’s innocence. Harleen attempts to calm RV down, while the commissioner reminds him that there is no proof of Purvi’s or her mother’s innocence. The commissioner warns RV against trying to be clever. RV rebukes him, and his family urges him to take a break. Harman apologizes to the commissioner on behalf of RV, who explains that RV’s temper is flaring up because it involves his wife. RV insists that Purvi is not to blame.

Harleen leads RV away from the situation and Monisha expresses her disappointment to Deepika, stating that she feels upset over RV defending Purvi. Deepika cautions Monisha to consider the consequences if Purvi gets caught. Later on, Harleen scolds RV for his behavior with the commissioner, but he assures her that he will prove Purvi’s innocence. The technician then informs RV that the footage is ready and he can play it now. The commissioner warns RV that if Purvi is seen in the footage, she will face consequences.

RV confidently assures the commissioner that his wife, Purvi, will not be punished as she is innocent. When asked for a reason, RV explains that he trusts Purvi and stands by her. Overhearing their conversation, Purvi feels reassured. Meanwhile, Amar Dayal’s associates bring professional kidnappers to him. Amar Dayal shows them a photo of Trishna and instructs them to kidnap her. The kidnappers agree and leave the premises. Taking charge, RV informs the commissioner that the footage was captured by security cameras and proceeds to play it for him.

Monisha is worried about being caught, as the CCTV footage shows a woman in a veil entering the kitchen and tampering with the food. However, upon seeing the footage, she is relieved to find that she is not involved. RV confirms that this was done by an outsider and believes it will prove Purvi and her mother’s innocence. The entire family praises RV for his deduction. As the commissioner inquires about the culprit, RV reveals that it was someone who did not want the marriage to take place. Krishna suspects Amar Dayal’s involvement and even requests for his team to catch the perpetrator.

He then excuses himself to freshen up before returning. Prachi arrives with her chunri, receiving apologies from the Commissioner and others who misunderstood her. When she asks what happened, Purvi shares how RV cleared their names. Emotions overwhelm Prachi as she expresses gratitude towards RV for his support. She also praises Purvi’s wonderful husband. Monisha witnesses this and becomes scared of being exposed. Deepika advises her to calm down and reminds her that it is thanks to RV that Purvi’s name has been cleared. Deepika urges Monisha to stay happy so as not to attract any unwanted attention, promising to delete the footage as well.
