He then contacts his mother Sherlyn and inquires about his father’s whereabouts. She informs him that they are still in London due to ongoing cases in Mumbai and reminds him of their plan for revenge against the Luthras.
Varun reassures her that the Luthras do not know his true identity, but she warns him to keep it that way for their safety. Meanwhile, Karan comforts Rakhi who is upset, and they both express gratitude for having Preeta by their side. Karan believes that Preeta will soon regain her memories and embraces Rakhi in a hug. Later, Varun sneaks into Kavya’s room to search for a file, successfully finding it before Kavya enters.
Varun angrily states that if anyone hurts his mom, then he will hurt the entire world. He wants to kill everyone who gets against Sherlyn. Roma supports him. Varun quickly discards the file before Kavya can catch sight of it. She inquires about his presence and he fabricates a reason, claiming he stopped by to return some belongings. He expresses his bittersweet feelings about leaving but reminds her that their marriage is the most important thing in his life. He bids her farewell and leaves. Kavya reflects on her good fortune to have Varun as her life partner. As Karan reminisces about his time spent with Preeta, he contemplates the possibility of restarting their story now that she has regained her memories.
However, things have not gone as planned and he reminds himself that everything is not yet over. He finds solace in the fact that fate has brought Preeta back into his life for a reason. Looking at her photo, he is grateful to be able to speak to her directly, almost as if by magic. He also acknowledges the special moment when Rajveer hugged him and understood him – another moment of magic. Thankful for all these events, Karan chooses to hold onto hope and firmly believes that Preeta will eventually regain her memories and their story will restart without fail. Embracing Preeta’s photo, he holds on to this belief with determination.
Curious about Preeta’s whereabouts, Mohit turns to Rajveer for answers. Rajveer replies that she is currently asleep. Confused by Preeta’s recent decision to transfer the property to Kavya, Mohit expresses his concern. Rajveer defends Kavya’s innocence, hoping that no harm will come her way. Having faith in Varun, Mohit believes everything will eventually work out. Meanwhile, Varun gazes at a photo of Prithvi and Sherlyn, referring to them as his parents. He vows to seek revenge on the Luthras for their sake and declares his plan to kick them out of the Luthra household, now that the property is under Preeta’s name. As Daljeet looks for Palki, Shanaya inquires about the situation. Deciding to help, Palki offers to take on all the tasks so Daljeet can rest.
Accepting the offer, Daljeet heads to her room to sleep. Shanaya questions how Palki can manage all the work, but Palki reassures her that she enjoys being productive. Concerned about Kavya, they both decide to investigate Varun’s intentions. Varun urges Roma not to behave like his mother in private. Curious, she questions him about his sudden behavior change. Reminding her that he knows exactly who she is, Varun reveals that she is his psychiatrist. Upon receiving his medication from her, he declines to take it and even threatens her life. In response, she threatens to involve Sherlyn.
Eventually, Varun complies and takes his medicine. He then requests that Roma refrain from involving Sherlyn in minor issues before exiting the room. Frustrated, Roma comments on how Varun belongs in a mental institution rather than at home. Meanwhile, Karan awakens with a smile on his face, confident that one day his dream will come true.
