She shared an update about her health on Instagram, posting a video where she is seen with a drip on her hand while on the sets of “Kavya.” In the video, she appears in a designer purple saree.
Despite her health setback, Sumbul reassured her fans not to worry about her condition. She wrote on her Instagram story, “Dear typhoid, get lost, Don’t worry guys abhi better hoon.” She mentioned how challenging it was to deal with typhoid amidst the current monsoon conditions but expressed gratitude for the support and well wishes from fans worldwide. She also thanked the audience of “Kavya” for their love towards her character, emphasizing that despite her illness, the show must go on.
Sumbul Touqeer Khan gained fame for her role as the titular character in “Imlie,” where she starred alongside Gashmeer Mahajani.
