Jhanak 18th August 2024 Written Update Upset Jhanak. Aditya selects a dress for Jhanak. Anirudh and Arshi catch their attention. Anirudh compliments her for the lovely look. Aditya asks Jhanak to try the dress once. Jhanak feels uncomfortable and awkward. Aditya meets them. Anirudh tells him that the party is only for the winner. Aditya corrects him and tells him that Arshi has won the dance show by making a direct entry, and the party is for everyone who has worked hard for the show. Arshi defends that her struggle is over and she is now an established dancer. Aditya says that he agrees with her. Anirudh says that they should leave now. Arshi tells Aditya that Anirudh has forced her to come.

Aditya says that Jhanak doesn’t get convinced easily. He praises Jhanak. Anirudh gets jealous. Appu and Lalon’s topic becomes a reason for chaos in the house. Choton gets Lalon there. Lalon tells the family about his friendship with Appu. Appu says that they are friends. Jhanak says that Aditya forced her to buy a dress and he is going to pay for it now, even if she will pay back the money later. Jhanak warns Anirudh to stay away, or else the matter will drag on. Arshi reacts angrily. Lal and Bipasha scold Appu about her inclination towards Lalon. Anjana asks Lalon to leave.

Lalon says that he has come to meet Appu so that she can recover completely. Bipasha asks Lal to throw out Lalon from the house. Jhanak asks Aditya to come along. Aditya asks her to try the dress. Anirudh shows off to make Jhanak jealous. He asks Arshi to buy the four dresses which he selected for her. Tanuja lectures Choton when he supports Lalon. She doesn’t want to allow Lalon in the house. Anjana says that she can’t bear more insult. She asks Bipasha not to lecture her. Choton continues to defend Appu. Aditya selects a white suit to twin with Jhanak. She says that she wants to pay for it. He agrees.

Arshi taunts that Jhanak is taking advantage of Aditya. She asks Anirudh to get an alert from Jhanak. Aditya and Jhanak hear the taunts and feel bad. Aditya asks Jhanak not to react. Lalon asks Appu if she loves him. Appu says yes, and shocks the family. Lalon proposes to Appu for marriage. Appu gets shy. The family is left stunned by the shocking happening. Appu tells Lalon that she has already accepted him as her husband. Anjana cries in sorrow. She doesn’t want Appu’s future to get spoiled. She doesn’t trust Lalon, who she doesn’t even know. Aditya finds Jhanak disturbed. He asks her if she is thinking of Anirudh. He comforts her. He finds her lost in thoughts. She apologizes that she didn’t pay attention.

He asks her if she thinks she should correct those who regard her wrong. She doesn’t want to prove herself. She feels everything is okay. He says that he wants to get something for her. Choton and Anjana rebuke Lalon. Lalon says that he can keep Appu happy in his small house. Appu is ready to adjust to him in his locality. Lalon asks the family to permit him. Lal stops him. Lalon sticks to his word that he will marry Appu. Aditya gets a gift for Jhanak. She checks the chocolates. He asks her if she is on a diet. She says no. He asks her to eat it and not talk about paying for it. Later, there are some twists in the party, when Aditya and Jhanak’s singing irks Anirudh. Anirudh loses faith in Jhanak’s love.
