Jhanak 4th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Jhanak, Appu’s haldi is being celebrated in her own house. Appu, Anjana and Bablu visibly overjoyed to witness their daughter’s union. However, Tanuja appears sullen and is urged to behave normally. Anjana and Bablu have concerns about their daughter’s happiness with Lalon, but Anjana remains hopeful that he will take care of Appu and bring immense joy to her life. She is impressed by their simplicity and open-mindedness, which will surely bring peace to Appu’s mind. As the haldi function begins, family members take turns applying haldi on Appu’s face.
When Mimi playfully puts some on Arshi, she becomes upset and reacts unexpectedly. Shubh starts plotting to put an end to the marriage, fearing that Lalon will turn into his greatest enemy if he comes across his father’s dark past. Chimli arrives at the Bose house with some friends to deliver gifts. Shubh and Shrishti are quick to criticize their appearance and background, given that they came from a slum area. However, Lalon’s sister Chimli welcomes Appu with open arms and kindness.
Shrishti’s anger intensifies when she notices Anirudh coming with Jhanak. She demands answers from Tanuja about their whereabouts together. Even Arshi questions him about it, but Anirudh explains that he was following his father’s orders to bring Choton along. Despite his explanation, Arshi can’t accept that her husband went out with Jhanak. Shrishti also interrogates him about this, bombarding him with questions, but Anirudh remains silent in response. Jhanak and Anjana dance together in celebration of the haldi function.
Their enthusiasm and jubilation bring joy to Appu’s heart. Following their performance, Appu is invited to sing a song. Meanwhile, Shubh and Tanuja eagerly anticipate the next entertainment. After her performance, Appu urges Jhanak and Anirudh to join her in playing with Haldi. However, their conflicting personalities spark a heated argument between the two. Eventually, Mrinalini is encouraged to open up to Choton about her true feelings for him.
