Bhagya Lakshmi 9th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Bhagya Lakshmi, Balwinder angrily declares that while he has destroyed many girls’ lives, it was Lakshmi who ruined his. He blames her for ending up in a mental asylum and vows to kill both Lakshmi and her boyfriend, Rishi. Filled with hatred, he curses them and admits that he lost sight of his goal for the past seven years. But now, he is determined to take revenge on Lakshmi. He warns her that Balwinder is coming back into her life, and it’s only a matter of time. In his rage, he starts banging his head against the wall, prompting the guard to tell him to stop.
Ayush inquires about the kids’ activities and Rishi responds that they are currently observing Ganapati Bappa. Paro questions the absence of a large idol, to which Rishi explains that those are typically displayed on Ganesh Chaturthi. Adding to this, Ayush mentions how they bring him home. Curious about when this will happen, Paro asks for a specific date. Rohan expresses his desire for Ganapati Bappa to join them soon and Rishi elaborates on the preparations required beforehand. The children offer their help with the arrangements and Rishi agrees to have Bappa brought home.
Lakshmi then joins them and Rishi informs her that the kids have requested Bappa’s presence. Upon arrival at the hospital, the Doctor reprimands the guards for locking Balwinder in a dark room. After checking on Balwinder, who apologizes for the inconvenience, the Doctor instructs the guards to move him back to his previous room. Aanchal excitedly shares that Neelam wants Bappa to come to the throne and everyone rejoices. Karishma adds that Bappa has not been home in many years, but Aanchal reminds them that now that Paro is here, Bappa will surely come.
Lakshmi smiles as she watches Paro bonding with her family, grateful for her presence as she had always longed for a loving family. She asks Bappa to always keep them happy. Paro lovingly offers Lakshmi some food, catching Rishi’s attention. Balwinder plans his escape from the mental asylum by cutting through the window iron rods and blending in with the Ganapati procession crowd until he reaches Lakshmi. He believes that after being on the run for seven years, he cannot be caught by the police now. The children are determined to bring Ganapati Bappa home, though Anushka insists that only boys should go.
Dadi, on the other hand, encourages Paro to join them and reminds her to be careful. Curious about their plans, she asks where they plan on getting the idol from. Lakshmi suggests going to their previous idol maker, who is known for his exceptional work. Rishi agrees with her suggestion and Aanchal and Karishma praise his skills as well. Despite it being a long journey, Paro is insistent on going along with them. Before they leave, they all sit down for a meal together. As the kids and Rishi prepare to leave, Lakshmi decides to bid them farewell as well. Ayush then surprises everyone by announcing that he will accompany them and return the next day with a surprise for Rishi and the kids.
Dadi credits Lakshmi for bringing back Ayush’s cheerful nature once again. Meanwhile, in Balwinder’s room, he anxiously hides as the guards investigate his window once more. He fears being caught despite not wanting them to check him again, desperately breaking away at the iron rods of the window. Rohan, Paro, and Rishi emerge from the house. Rishi pauses them and assures he will retrieve the vehicle for transportation. Lakshmi approaches them. Paro reminds him not to wander around or cause mischief and to take caution. Lakshmi agrees and advises them to be well-behaved and not trouble their father. Ayush appears with the truck, offering to join in on the fun. The children express excitement as Rishi chuckles.
He urges Lakshmi to inform everyone about Bappa’s arrival tomorrow. Additionally, he commends Lakshmi for her nurturing demeanor towards the kids, acknowledging that it makes their family feel complete. Lakshmi reciprocates his sentiments and encourages him to leave. As Rishi departs, he advocates expressing one’s thoughts freely and smiling often. Lakshmi smiles back at him as he continues his departure. Rohan divulges to Paro how successful their scheme is turning out to be while Lakshmi prompts Rishi to look after himself and make sure Paro is well-cared for due to her illness.
Rishi pledges to take care of their children before taking his leave. As Balwinder cuts the iron rods, a guard detects the noise and immediately alerts his colleague. Together, they approach Balwinder and request that he unlock the door. Once inside, they catch Balwinder attempting to flee and proceed to discipline him. Following this, they return him to his confinement in the dark room. With a fierce determination, Balwinder makes it clear that he will not let anyone stop him from seeking revenge on Rishi and Lakshmi. Despite others underestimating his strength, he is ready to defy all odds and stand up for himself.
On the other hand, Lakshmi heads towards Neelam’s room, where she accidentally causes a photograph of Virender with Neelam and Rishi to fall off a table. As she gazes at the image with tears in her eyes, she recalls her memories with Virender and is left speechless when she hears Neelam approaching from the bathroom. In a rush, Lakshmi carefully places the photo back in its spot before turning to make her exit.
