Megha Barsenge 9th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Megha Barsenge, Megha is devastated by the sight of Manoj and Amy’s photos. Arjun notices her distress and advises her to remain calm. However, Megha insists that she can’t do so. Memories of her time with Manoj flood back and she breaks down in tears. Unable to handle the pain, she flees from the scene and aimlessly wanders on the road. Just as she is about to meet with an accident, Arjun intervenes and rescues her. Concerned for her well-being, he offers her water and encourages her to compose herself instead of falling apart. Megha questions why she deserved such betrayal from someone she loved and trusted, crying as she clings to Arjun for comfort.
He reassures her that it was not her fault but rather people treated Megha unjustly. To avoid further heartache, he suggests they leave the area together. Meanwhile, Sikandar advises Ranjeeta against making a grave error and urges her to release him immediately. He warns that if she doesn’t do so, she will regret it in the future. Without hesitation, Ranjeeta turns to Riya and requests her signature on the documents. Police Officer Sultan then informs Ranjeeta that the Senior officer has ordered Sikandar’s release. Despite this, Ranjeeta insists on pretending that she never received the message from the Senior officer.
Megha requests Manoj’s phone from Arjun, who hands it to her. He questions her decision to approach Manoj despite knowing he is a fraud. She assures him that she will only contact him if she requires his assistance and departs from the scene. As Manoj awakens, he is startled by Megha’s sudden arrival. He inquires about her whereabouts and the reason for her angry expression. Spotting his phone in her hand, he reprimands her for taking it without permission. In turn, she scolds him for deceiving her and reveals that Amy is not a true friend but rather a cheating accomplice.
Megha accuses Manoj of being the same as Surendar had warned – a fraud. With a heavy heart, he confesses to marrying her solely for financial gain and his plans to use the money to marry Amy. Enraged, she grabs his collar and demands to know why he ruined her life if Amy was his true love all along. In a fit of anger, Manoj strikes Megha across the face, leaving her shocked and hurt. Ranjeeta gives Sikandar a beating and reminds him that women are not objects to be played with. She instructs Sultan to shred the FIR immediately. Sikandar acknowledges that the game has only just begun.
Manoj accuses Megha of being responsible for everything and sarcastically questions if she has finally received her answer. Megha confirms that she has indeed received all the answers, revealing that their relationship was built on lies. She thanks him for clarifying her doubts. He insults her and her family, calling them fools, and suggests that she should have stayed in Amritsar instead of coming to him. He grabs her arm and challenges her to call Arjun for help, wanting to witness how he will come to her rescue this time. He declares that she cannot return to India. Shocked, Megha asks him what he means by his statement and insists that she wants to go home.
Manoj confronts Megha, declaring that he won’t let her leave for India. He asks if she has told Arjun everything, and she recalls how Arjun and Surendar had warned her not to trust Manoj, making her fearful. Manoj orders her to follow his instructions, saying she must live as his and Amy’s maid. Megha refuses, pushing him away and attempting to escape, but Manoj drags her back to a room, confiscates her passport, and locks her inside. He taunts her, claiming this is just the beginning and that he will make her life miserable. Megha pleads for her freedom, crying and demanding her passport back, but Manoj coldly ignores her, turning off her phone.
Later, Megha wakes up and attempts to break out, eventually finding a hammer and smashing the door. Amy intervenes, warning Megha that Manoj will kill her if she tries to escape. Megha accuses Manoj of being a cheater and claims to be his wife, urging Amy to leave him. Amy, however, reveals that she knows everything—that Manoj married Megha for money but has loved Amy for the past three years. Megha is shocked, and as she tries to flee again, Amy stops her.
Meanwhile, back at Megha’s family home, they hear Riya screaming. They rush to the kitchen and find blood, suspecting Sikandar’s involvement. Ranjeeta goes outside and sees Sikandar, but he quickly leaves. The family is disturbed, and Riya suggests apologizing to Sikandar, though Surendar insists she doesn’t need to. He asks Ranjeeta to reach out to her higher authorities for help.
As the tension between Megha and Amy escalates, Megha warns Amy that Manoj could betray her too. Amy becomes aggressive, attempting to attack Megha, but Megha defends herself. Just then, Arjun calls Megha. Hearing the ringtone, Megha pushes Amy and grabs her phone, but Amy snatches it back and pushes Megha again. A picture frame of Megha’s marriage shatters, and she uses the distraction to recover her phone. She manages to answer Arjun’s call, but Manoj quickly takes the phone from her and disconnects it. Manoj and Amy tie Megha up, with Manoj warning her not to try escaping again. He notices Arjun calling again and answers, threatening Arjun to stay out of their business. Arjun demands to hear from Megha directly, but Manoj remains in control.
