As WE wrote about the show’s last episode, Aditya continues to explain that although Anirudh did not explicitly confirm his attendance, he believes that Anirudh will ultimately show up for the surgical procedure. Jhanak raises doubts about whether or not Anirudh would put aside his matters to be present, but Aditya assures her that he explained the urgency of the situation and even had Anirudh sign a document as confirmation. Aditya accuses Jhanak of being selfish while she argues back, stating that she holds a special place in her heart for Anirudh as he means a lot to her. The doctor encourages Jhanak and asks her not to worry about the operation. She suggests that Jhanak goes on a trip and gets relaxed off her busy schedule. Aditya wishes Jhanak all the best. He says that he will plan a good trip for her. Jhanak wishes to see Anirudh once before she goes for the operation. She wishes he stays happy in his life. Arshi tries to stop Anirudh. The family questions him if he is going for some work purpose. Arshi tells them that Anirudh is going to meet Jhanak. Anirudh tells the family that Jhanak isn’t pregnant, but she has a tumor in her stomach. The family gets worried about this news. Shubh asks Anirudh why he cares about Jhanak.
Shubh and Tanuja try hard to stop him. He apologizes but refuses to listen to them. He says that Arshi and Shrishti won’t go to see Jhanak. He wants to be with Jhanak. He says that Aditya informed him about the operation. Lal insults Jhanak. Bipasha asks Anirudh to think about Arshi. Anirudh defends Jhanak’s character. Bablu tells Anirudh that he should also come along. Anirudh asks him to stay back for Appu’s sake. Arshi gives an ultimatum to Anirudh. She threatens to end their relationship if he dares to go to Mumbai. Anirudh doesn’t care about her words.

Tanuja says that Jhanak had blamed Anirudh for her pregnancy before. Anirudh shows his faith in Jhanak. He says that maybe Jhanak had truth in her words. Arshi asks what is he saying now. She gets angry with him. She threatens to leave the house and end the marriage if he goes to Jhanak. Anirudh asks them to not restrict him and control his life. He yells at them for their insensitivity. He asks Arshi to stay with her mom if it pleases her.
Shubh targets Bablu and Anjana, who seem happy with Anirudh’s decision. Bablu tells that Anirudh has realized her mistake. Arshi shouts at him. Anjana answers Arshi. She asks Arshi why did she marry Anirudh, knowing he has feelings for Jhanak. Bablu and Anjana stand firm on their faith in Jhanak. Choton supports Anirudh. He knows Anirudh will never step back from his responsibility. Anirudh asks Arshi not to stop him from leaving. He misbehaves with his family when they try to change his decision. Arshi threatens Anirudh. He says that he doesn’t care about anything. She calls him a big cheat.
Anirudh says that he had promised Jhanak too, but he couldn’t keep it. He asks Arshi not to be insecure. Arshi tells that he is ruining their marriage. She doesn’t want to compromise. He reveals that she has won in the big reality show because of Jhanak’s sacrifice. He says that Jhanak has deliberately lost to Arshi, just on his request. Arshi is shocked by this revelation. The family is also in disbelief. He tells them that Jhanak has lost for Arshi’s sake because Arshi was in depression. Arshi is in tears, while he walks off. He rushes to board the flight. Lalon goes for his work. Anuradha comforts Appu. Appu has plans to meet Anjana. She spends time with Anuradha. Anirudh reaches Mumbai. Aditya learns that the operation is going to start in some time. Anirudh comes and asks about Jhanak. Aditya is surprised to see him.
Aditya asks him how did he come. He is asked to sign the bond. Anirudh says that he is Jhanak’s relative and he will sign the form. Aditya asks him not to regret it later, as he has insulted Jhanak a lot. Anirudh says that its Jhanak and his matter. Aditya tells him about Jhanak’s critical matter. Anirudh asks Aditya not to blame him. Aditya scolds him for being dishonest. He warns Anirudh against insulting Jhanak again. He asks Anirudh to get clear about his relationship with Jhanak.
