Maati Se Bandhi Dor 7th January 2025 Written Update. The episode begins with Vaiju and Ranvijay arriving at the hospital for an inauguration. Ranvijay notices Kunal and approaches him, but Kunal scolds him immediately. Ranvijay inquires about Jaya’s condition, but Kunal interrupts with a stern lecture, warning Ranvijay to stay away from Jaya. He declares that his tolerance is solely for Jaya’s sake and makes it clear that he can take any measures to deal with Ranvijay. In response, Ranvijay states that his silence is also due to Jaya, prompting a tense standoff before the nurse intervenes and asks them to stop fighting. Frustrated, Ranvijay leaves, and Vaiju, sensing something amiss, asks him about the situation. Ranvijay explains that he felt uneasy after seeing an ambulance earlier and confirms that Jaya is admitted to the hospital. However, he remains in the dark about her condition as Kunal blocks his attempts to meet her. Vaiju encourages him to accompany her.
Meanwhile, Kunal consults the doctor, who informs him that Jaya is suffering from high fever and hypertension, which caused her to faint. The doctor advises rest and assures Kunal that Jaya can be discharged the following day. Vaiju requests to see Jaya, asserting her position as Jaya’s elder sister, but Kunal insists that Ranvijay cannot enter. Ignoring him, Vaiju decides to take Ranvijay along. Inside, Vaiju observes Jaya and reflects on how Ranvijay seems deeply affected by Jaya’s pain. She acknowledges to herself that Jaya will always have a special place in Ranvijay’s heart and starts reconciling with this reality.
Later, Kunal brings Jaya home and demonstrates his care by presenting her with a welcome gift—a helmet. He humorously advises her to wear it the next time she stresses out, so she’ll remain safe even if she faints. Kaveri encourages Jaya to eat and take her medicines, but Jaya resists. Kunal steps in to feed her, showcasing his attentiveness. As Kaveri leaves to make coffee for Kunal, Jaya thanks him for his efforts. Kunal brushes off her gratitude, stating that his feelings are his own burden and that his sole wish is for her happiness and peace. Jaya, however, feels conflicted, as Ranvijay didn’t come to see her despite her hospitalization.
Ranvijay and Vaiju visit Jaya at home, and Kaveri comments on how well Kunal is looking after Jaya. Seeing Ranvijay lifts Jaya’s spirits, and Kunal tactfully excuses himself to give them space. Vaiju steps away to prepare herbal tea (kada), leaving Jaya and Ranvijay alone. During their conversation, Jaya acknowledges Kunal’s care and reveals that he proposed marriage to her on the night Ranvijay had visited her. Although Ranvijay admits he doesn’t like Kunal, he concedes that if Kunal is genuinely supportive and caring, Jaya could consider moving on with him. Ranvijay asks if she has decided, and Jaya admits she is still thinking about it. He jokingly asks her to invite him to the wedding if she accepts the proposal.
Ranvijay remarks that Kunal is jealous of him, but Jaya retorts sharply, questioning what Ranvijay possesses that could make Kunal envious. She points out Kunal’s wealth, respect, and stable life, contrasting it with Ranvijay’s situation. Although her words are meant to hurt him, she thinks to herself that she wants him to feel the pain she has endured. Ranvijay tries to clarify, but Jaya dismisses him, reminding him that just as he has Vaiju, Kunal has her. She thanks him for visiting and ends the conversation. On his way out, Ranvijay encounters Vaiju, who overheard part of their discussion. Jaya remarks that there was no need for Vaiju to eavesdrop, as Ranvijay would have shared everything with her. Vaiju sympathizes with Jaya’s anger but reminds her that both Ranvijay and Kunal genuinely wish for her happiness. As Vaiju and Ranvijay prepare to leave, Jaya reflects on how she never sought Ranvijay’s friendship but remains silent.
Sulekha advises Ranvijay to change the mill’s name, but he declares that Jaya will always hold an important place in his life, leaving Vaiju visibly emotional.
