She shouts for help, but no one hears her. Meanwhile, Vikrant keeps trying to contact Mannat. Puneet takes the opportunity to criticize her, claiming she isn’t a good chef because she disregards time schedules. Aishwarya agrees, saying that young people today lack passion for their jobs. Vikrant defends Mannat, stating that the number of hours worked doesn’t determine quality—what matters is making people happy. Puneet argues that overtime defines a good employee, but Vikrant firmly disagrees.
Mallika interrupts their debate, informing Vikrant that Gudiya mentioned Mannat left home early in the morning. Vikrant immediately realizes that Mannat must have come to the restaurant but went missing afterward. He calls his assistant to check the CCTV footage, but they discover it isn’t working. Meanwhile, Shruthi bribes a man to edit a picture, adding a random girl’s image beside her and sending it to Mannat. Shruthi believes that if Mannat assumes the girl is dead, she will stop searching for her mother.
Vikrant questions the kitchen staff about who called Mannat in, but even the head chef is unaware. Mallika points fingers at Puneet, hinting that his dislike for Mannat might be linked to her disappearance. Vikrant’s assistant then informs him that Mannat had signed a freezer repair invoice. Mallika recalls that someone called her at 4 AM for the repair job. Vikrant loses his temper, realizing something is wrong.
Mallika notes that both Mannat and the freezer are missing. Laksh coldly suggests that Mannat might have stolen it, but Mallika fiercely defends her. Vikrant then spots a mobile phone and a bracelet on the ground. Mallika confirms that they belong to Mannat, proving she was indeed there before vanishing. Vikrant orders everyone to search for her and instructs Mallika to contact Mannat’s family. Aishwarya starts panicking, realizing that Mannat is genuinely missing. Vikrant tells Aishwarya that Mannat disappearing from his restaurant could damage their reputation.

Meanwhile, Mannat gathers her courage and motivates herself to find a way out. Vikrant reviews the CCTV footage and confirms that Mannat entered the restaurant. However, Aishwarya internally panics, knowing that Mannat used the backdoor, which wasn’t captured on the footage.
Harneet arrives at the restaurant, creating a scene over Mannat’s disappearance. Vikrant reassures her that he will find Mannat. He then rushes to the warehouse, determined to uncover the truth.
Meanwhile, Shruthi and Harneet remain worried about Mannat. Harneet tries to stay strong and motivate herself.
Inside the freezer, Mannat, trapped and helpless, hallucinates about her mother. She breaks down and asks why her own mother tried to kill her.
