The episode begins with Rishi firmly telling Malishka that he will stay with Lakshmi and asking her to leave. Though reluctant, Malishka has no choice but to comply. Meanwhile, Kiran, unsteady on her feet, reassures herself that everything she is doing is for her daughter’s benefit. She soon meets Malishka, who reminds her that they had stolen the drive together. Sensing Malishka’s distress, Kiran asks what is wrong. Malishka reveals that Lakshmi is pregnant. Shocked but not entirely surprised, Kiran recalls that Guru Maa had already hinted at this possibility. However, Malishka is perplexed about why Lakshmi would hide her pregnancy and how her baby could still be alive. She asks Kiran if they know anyone who can confirm Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Kiran suggests her friend’s daughter, Dr. Jyoti, might be able to help.
Meanwhile, Rishi sits by Lakshmi’s bedside, reflecting on his past mistakes. He sincerely apologizes to her and vows to ensure her happiness from now on. Shalu and Ayush notice this tender moment, and Shalu comments on how deeply Rishi loves Lakshmi. Ayush agrees, saying that he aspires to love someone as selflessly as Rishi loves Lakshmi.

Meanwhile, at another location, Rano is on the phone, badmouthing the Oberoi family. Aanchal happens to overhear the conversation and is visibly displeased. This leads to a heated argument between the two, drawing the attention of Dadi, who steps in to mediate.
Back at the hospital, Malishka devises a distraction. She suddenly raises an alarm, claiming that Kiran has fallen and suffered a heart attack. Her dramatic outburst sends the Oberoi family into a frenzy as they rush to Kiran’s aid, leaving Lakshmi unattended. Seizing the opportunity, Malishka sneaks Jyoti into Lakshmi’s room for the checkup. After a thorough examination, Jyoti confirms that Lakshmi is indeed pregnant and that her baby is still alive.
As the family returns to Kiran’s hospital room, they are shocked to find her in perfect health. Suspicious, Rishi confronts Kiran, questioning why Malishka had declared that she suffered a heart attack. Kiran downplays the situation, insisting that she is fine. Before Rishi can probe further, Lakshmi’s primary doctor arrives and notices Jyoti. She immediately questions why Jyoti was examining her patient without permission. Malishka, quick on her feet, fabricates a story, claiming that Lakshmi was originally Jyoti’s patient. However, Lakshmi’s doctor is not convinced. She states that she was completely unaware of this and decides to inform Rishi about the pregnancy herself. This throws Malishka into a panic, as she frantically wonders how to stop the doctor from revealing the truth.
Meanwhile, Aanchal remains upset about Rano’s earlier behavior and decides to take the matter to Neelam. Upon hearing Aanchal’s complaint, Neelam sternly warns Rano to stay within her limits, making it clear that she will not tolerate any further trouble.
The episode concludes with Malishka growing desperate, doing everything in her power to prevent the doctor from informing Rishi about Lakshmi’s pregnancy.
