Jhanak 22nd March 2025 Written Update: Jhanak’s Shocking Arrest. Today in Jhanak written update, the episode begins with the police inspector telling Anirudh, Choton, and Laal to wait outside. Jhanak insists she can handle the investigation alone. Anirudh leaves with Choton and Laal. The inspector questions Jhanak about her relationship with Arshi, and she states that she is Arshi’s sister. The inspector then asks why she is staying at Anirudh’s house. Jhanak explains that Anirudh saved her life and brought her to the Bose residence. She shares the whole story and mentions she was taking care of Arshi. The inspector questions why she was alone at the hospital.
Jhanak replies that everyone was occupied with Choton’s wedding, so she stayed at the hospital. She adds that Nurse Sunita didn’t inform her of anything. The inspector accuses her of lying, but Jhanak confidently challenges him to prove it. When asked if she fears the accusations, Jhanak firmly says she is innocent and has nothing to fear. The inspector remains skeptical, convinced that Jhanak did something wrong. Jhanak asserts that evidence is necessary to prove her guilt.
The inspector then questions whether she destroyed evidence, stating that Nurse Sunita claimed to have informed her about Arshi’s delivery. Jhanak denies this, calling Sunita a liar. The inspector accuses Jhanak of attempting to steal Omkar’s baby. Jhanak explains that she suspected a case of baby swapping, which is why she checked on Omkar’s child. Eventually, the inspector allows her to leave but warns her not to exit the city. Jhanak nods in agreement.
Choton regrets not letting Jhanak leave the house when she wanted to. Anirudh reassures him that nothing will happen to her. Choton remains worried and suggests filing a case against the hospital. Laal plans to take Jhanak to meet the police commissioner later.
The next day, a police inspector arrives at the Bose house. Anirudh asks for the reason behind the visit. The inspector bluntly states that Jhanak is an adult, and Anirudh should stay out of it. Shubh speculates that the police may have found evidence against Jhanak and fears their family reputation will suffer. Anjana points out that it was Shubh who filed the complaint against Jhanak. Shubh deflects, saying it was Arshi’s complaint, and she had every right to do so.
Jhanak confronts the inspector, who declares that he is there to arrest her. He accuses her of being a suspect in a child trafficking case. Anirudh is shocked and demands clarification. The inspector tells him to stay out of it. Shubh smugly supports the inspector, saying the law must take its course. The inspector reveals that they have evidence against Jhanak. Choton demands to see the evidence.
Mrinalini questions the inspector about the arrest warrant. When the inspector presents it, she protests, saying they are harassing an innocent person. She requests the investigation be conducted at home instead. The inspector refuses, stating that Jhanak must go to the station due to the severity of the charges. With no other option, Jhanak agrees to accompany the police.
Anirudh vows to fight for Jhanak’s innocence. Arshi sarcastically asks if he will fight against her. Anirudh coldly tells her that he has no interest in speaking to her. Shubh warns Anirudh not to upset Arshi. However, Anirudh mocks Arshi, mentioning her routine of dance classes and meetings, questioning her claims of suffering. Tanuja asks Anirudh if he expects Arshi to cry all day. Arshi claims Anirudh has no tolerance for her actions and that she filed the complaint for justice.
Mrinalini accuses Arshi of using the complaint as revenge. Arshi, determined to defend herself, insists she is pursuing the truth as a mother. Anirudh challenges her to file a case against him as well. Shubh intervenes, urging Anirudh to stop. Furious, Anirudh warns Arshi that he will never forget or forgive her actions, and his trust in her is gone. Arshi retorts that she doesn’t care and doesn’t trust him either. Anirudh bitterly says she should not have married him, and Arshi snaps back, calling their marriage a mistake.
Determined, Anirudh vows to uncover the truth and declares that he won’t hesitate to go to any extent. Jhanak insists that Anirudh need not fight for her. The police then escort Jhanak away.
Later, Appu calls Laal, pleading with him to bring Jhanak to their house. Laal dismisses the call, saying he will speak to her later. Appu grows anxious for Jhanak’s safety. Meanwhile, Laal updates the police commissioner about Jhanak’s arrest.
