After their wedding and emotional vidai, Neel (Param Singh) and Teju (Vaibhavi Hankare) seemed set for a new beginning. But things took a strange turn when Teju diverted their post-marriage ride straight to her college instead of heading home. Neel, though stunned, quietly supported her. A sweet gesture? The episode opens with Neil telling Teju that their family must be waiting at home. He praises her dedication to her dreams and promises to support her. Teju shuts him down, saying she doesn’t want his help and blames him for ruining her life by marrying her despite knowing she didn’t love him. She questions why Juhi suddenly left the wedding and accuses Neil of hiding something. Neil recalls telling Juhi the truth — that he’s in love with Teju.
At home, Leela decorates the house to welcome Juhi. She sends Nandi to fetch a gift for the bride. The family urges Bhushan to break the news to Leena about Neil’s marriage to Teju. When Leena arrives, Bhushan reminds her how Poornima once welcomed her. Leena responds fondly but still believes Juhi is coming. She even says she’ll love Juhi more than Prachi.
Back with Neil and Teju, she demands details about what happened at the hospital that made Juhi leave. Neil admits he told Juhi he couldn’t love or keep her happy because his heart belongs to someone else. Teju is stunned. Neil defends his decision, saying Juhi had the right to know. Teju blames him for everything.
Neil tries to explain, promising to respect her and support her goals, but Teju is cold. He confesses that he loves her and believes his love is enough for both. When he mentions her father, Mohit, Teju lashes out and says Neil will never have her forgiveness.
Meanwhile, Leena notices Rituraj arriving late and questions him. He claims he was busy with a song. When Bhushan stops him from leaving, Rituraj avoids engagement in the wedding. Yash teases him about being rejected by a girl, which Rituraj doesn’t take well. Leena tries to lighten the mood, but Rituraj snaps back, annoyed.
Neil continues telling Teju that he only told Juhi the truth, nothing more. Teju says she’ll do the same—be honest. She accuses Neil of destroying her life and says he’s a good man but not the kind of husband she wanted. Neil listens silently as she vents.
Leena still expects Neil and Juhi to arrive. When Neil enters with Teju, she’s shocked. Vinod and Bhushan explain that Juhi left and Neil married Teju instead. Leena is furious they hid such a major update. Manjari tries to calm her down, saying Neil is happy, but Leena snaps, asking what about her happiness. She reminds Neil that she warned him against marrying Teju. Leena refuses to accept Teju as Neil’s wife and shuts the door on them. Vinod tells Teju this is her first challenge as a daughter-in-law and urges her to win Leena over. Rituraj mocks Teju.
