Today in Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha written update, the episode kicks off with the inspector dropping by the Bajwa house, asking to speak with Meghla. Ranbir and Zoravar, clearly not wasting time on pleasantries, introduce themselves and get straight to the point—why is the inspector here? The inspector repeats that he needs to speak with Meghla. Ranbir, already sensing drama, assumes it’s about the hijacking case and declares it’s done and dusted. Adrija, never one to miss a chance to stir the pot, jumps in and starts hurling accusations at Meghla for no reason. Ranbir tells her to cut it out, but Adrija’s got her drama dialed up to max and keeps going, predicting that Meghla might just land in jail forever. Ranbir warns her to back off. Meghla steps in to calm him down, then introduces herself to the inspector and asks what’s going on.
The inspector takes a good look at the circus unfolding in front of him, then announces that the government has decided to honor Meghla with a bravery medal. The room lights up with joy. Well, almost. Everyone’s smiling except Adrija, whose face looks like she just bit into a lemon. The inspector praises Meghla, says it’s an honor to meet her, and leaves with his team.
The family gathers around Meghla with applause and hugs. Zoravar looks confused about what emotion to pick—apologize or praise—and ends up awkwardly doing both. Meghla tells him to forget the past and focuses on the good news: Ranbir is home safe. The family keeps showering her with praise and tells her she has no idea how big this medal actually is. Adrija, still stewing in her jealousy, tries to look excited when Param questions her dull expression. Amarjeet shares her happiness, apologizes to Meghla for how she treated her in the past, but Meghla takes the high road and tells her it’s all good—what matters is that she finally earned her trust. Harman ignores Simran’s attempts to stop him and sets out to meet Arjun and Shabnam anyway.
Meghla later visits Adrija in her room. Adrija, putting on her best fake-smile performance, congratulates Meghla for the medal and shifts the conversation to how left out she feels because no one told her about Arjun’s wedding. Meghla listens, then hits back with something real. She says she understands, having gone through the same isolation after marrying into the family. Then comes the reality check—Meghla confronts Adrija for constantly trying to pull her down. Adrija plays dumb, but Meghla isn’t buying it. She gives her a firm warning and even offers help—if Adrija stops being shady. Otherwise, she says, no one will be able to save her from the mess she’s creating. Adrija snaps. She hurls insults and blames Meghla for everything. Meghla stays composed. Adrija then crosses a line and challenges Meghla, saying she’ll snatch Ranbir away. Meghla throws the challenge right back—no chance she’s letting that happen.
The next morning, the family gathers to talk about Arjun and Shabnam’s wedding. Arjun, trying to be humble, suggests keeping the wedding simple. The family? Absolutely not. They shut down his idea faster than a bad Wi-Fi signal. On the other side of the house, Ranbir is in a flirty mood, trying to get romantic with Meghla. She pushes him away gently, reminding him the family is downstairs waiting. Romantic moment paused. They shift to talking about Adrija’s recent behavior. Ranbir says if the lab results come back positive, he’s not going to let Adrija walk away easily. Meghla hopes the result turns out negative.
