GHKKPM 20th April 2025 Written Update: Teju Blames Neil. Today in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein written update, Tejaswini opens up to Mukta about her inner turmoil—her unfulfilled dreams, her emotional battles, and the constant feeling of not belonging. Neil, ever the supportive husband, assures her that he’s by her side no matter what. But not everyone’s playing nice. Leena, still clinging to bitterness like it’s her life mission, makes it clear she wants Tejaswini out of the house and out of their lives.
Things get heavier when Neil, trying to be honest and fair, tells Tejaswini that she doesn’t have to stay in a marriage that’s making her unhappy. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but it shows he’s not here to trap her—he wants her to choose what’s best for her. At the same time, Neil attempts to soften Leena’s icy demeanor, asking her to let go of the past and talk things through. Unsurprisingly, she’s not ready to thaw just yet.
Tejaswini, not one to stay silent, finally confronts Neil about her broken dreams and the weight of her disappointments. He gives her a heartfelt promise of support, but peace still feels miles away. Teju asks Neil to remember that girls don’t compromise with their self-esteem. She gets a headache. Neil asks her if she is okay. Neil cares for her. She says that their life isn’t a movie, and he can’t always defend his actions. She has made her decision that she will keep their marriage and also fulfill the duties as a good bahu. She worries about her dreams. She recalls Mohit’s words and weeps. She says that she had to give her final exams and also make a career in singing. She blames Neil.
She tells Neil that she doesn’t want to see the decorations, which seems to mock her. She angrily breaks the decorations. Neil stops her. They end up in a moment, which gets witnessed by Rituraj. Rituraj gets angered seeing their closeness. He feels betrayed by Teju. He comments on them that they are making a great start to their married life.
Rituraj tells them that they should control stress and focus on their mental well-being. Neil gets reminded of Teju and Rituraj’s conversation. Teju asks Rituraj why he gets medicines for her. Rituraj says that their relationship is such. He asks her to take a sleeping pill and get a good rest. He says that it’s better if she sleeps early. Neil asks Rituraj to remember that he is a doctor and he can also give a headache pill to Teju. He says that it’s not good to take medicines for everything.
Rituraj says that Neil would be going in the loss. He tells Neil that he has to take care of Teju. He keeps the pill and asks Teju to go to sleep. He apologizes for disturbing Neil on his special night. He makes a leave. Teju checks the pill and throws it. Neil asks Teju to take the pill if she wants. She refuses. She tells that she will take some rest. Neil tells that he can help her. He gets some ice cubes and tells that he will rub the ice cubes on her thumb, which will relieve her headache.
Teju doesn’t believe it. He asks her to try. She tries his remedy and feels relieved of her headache. He promises her that he will fulfill her dreams. He asks her to prepare for her exams. She asks him if his family will support her studies. She refuses to take his help. He asks her to sleep on the bed, as she is a guest in his house. He says that he will sleep on the sofa. She agrees. Neil sees Teju and sheds tears. The next day, Teju gets ready and gets emotional seeing Mohit’s picture. She gets Mukta’s call and speaks to her.
Mukta asks her to win Leena’s heart and prove to be a good bahu. Teju agrees. She goes to the kitchen. She learns that Leena didn’t eat anything since morning. She thinks of preparing something for Leena. She makes the Modak and wishes the Modak would help her in pleasing the family. The family members come to dine. Teju comes and wishes them. She offers the Modak to them, but none are interested. Leena takes the plate from Teju and asks what it is. Teju says that she made Modak for her first rasoi.
Leena is about to throw it, but Teju stops her. Leena scolds her. Teju feeds the Modak to Leena and tries to calm her anger. She tells Leena that it’s the Bhog presented to Bappa, that’s why she has stopped Leena from throwing it. Leena tells that the family will never accept Teju. Teju struggles for acceptance in the family. She offers the Modaks to everyone and takes their blessings. The family members eat the sweets and bless Teju. Neil’s dad gives the nek to Teju and also taunts her for not respecting the family. Teju wishes they could forget the bitterness of the past. Jeetu Kaka also gives nek to Teju.
