Anushka tells Ayush that she is with him. He is shocked to see Anushka. He says that he really felt like seeing her before. She says that it’s good he has recognized her. Harleen and Karishma get the medical reports. Karishma picks it. Harleen says that the reports have come for Lakshmi. Anushka forces Ayush. Harleen asks Karishma to check the reports. Neelam stops Karishma. She asks her not to check the reports as it’s not right. She tells Lakshmi should check the reports.
She asks Karishma to give it to Lakshmi. Anushka tells Ayush that she loves him. She calls Shalu selfish. He says that he loves Shalu a lot, Shalu also loves him, and he wants her in his life. Harleen fails to check the reports. Karishma keeps the reports away. Anushka asks Ayush what she can do for him. He asks her to dance with him. Shalu gets conscious. She finds herself locked in the car dicky.
She recalls someone kidnapping her. She thinks about what to do. She calls Lakshmi. She gets dizzy. Anushka tries to impress Ayush. Neil outsmarts the staff head and laughs. Balwinder gets Shalu to his house. Anushka dances with Ayush to a romantic song. Lakshmi sees Neil and confronts him. She asks his motives. Neil runs away. She hits his back to stop him.
He tells her that he will not spare her this time. Lakshmi runs to save her life. Ayush falls asleep. Anushka smirks. She asks him if he loved her dance. Neil attacks Lakshmi. He tells Lakshmi that Ayush is with Anushka, their romance will make Anushka return to the Oberoi family, and Lakshmi won’t be able to do anything. Rano comes that way. Lakshmi drops a vase to alert Rano. Rano doesn’t see Lakshmi. Aanchal gets the medical reports envelope and keeps it aside after reading Lakshmi’s name.
Balwinder hides his face from Shalu. Kiran rushes to Malishka and tells her what is happening against her. Malishka cries that Rishi has changed; he doesn’t love or respect her. Kiran asks her to stop it. She asks why Balwinder called her. Balwinder’s friend asks him to get rid of Shalu. Shalu gets conscious and hears Balwinder’s plans.
Malishka says that she didn’t speak to Balwinder. Kiran says that she should have spoken to him. Malishka asks about the matter. Kiran tells that Shalu got to know that Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s child. Malishka is shaken. She says that if Shalu knows this, then it means Lakshmi is also aware of this. Kiran reveals that Shalu has the DNA test reports too.
