Amruta tells Virat that labor pains started. He worriedly lifts her in his arms and rushes her to the hospital. He messages Nimrit that he is taking Amruta to the city hospital. The family rushes to the hospital. They meet Virat. They ask about Amruta’s health. The doctor comes and tells them about the complications. She adds that she might not be able to save Amruta and her baby, but they can try to save either of them.
The family cries in sorrow. Harsha consoles Bhavani. The doctor asks Virat to make a choice between Amruta and the baby. Virat recalls Amruta’s words that he should choose their baby. After a while, the doctor comes and informs Virat that he is blessed with a baby girl, Amruta is critical and needs a kidney transplant surgery immediately. Virat and the entire family pray for Amruta.
Dildar asks Babita how Virat found the kidney donor. Virat lies to them. He says that Amruta should be safe and they don’t need to think about the donor. The family goes to meet Amruta. Virat prays for Amruta. He heads to see his daughter. He gets emotional seeing his little world. He takes her into his arms. Amruta battles for his life. The doctors operate on her. The surgery gets done. The doctor informs Virat that the surgery was successful and Amruta is out of danger.
The family is relieved by this news. Dildar says that everything will be fine. Babita and Bhavani wonder who has donated the kidney. Virat says that the donor doesn’t matter to them. Babita and Bhavani argue whether they have to name the baby. Bhavani wants Nimrit to name the baby. Babita tells Bhavani that Nimrit will listen to her. Amruta asks them to calm down. She also asks Nimrit to name the baby. They cut a cake and celebrate the baby’s homecoming. Later, a pandit is summoned home for the Naamkaran ceremony. He gives the alphabet V.
Nimrit tells that the baby has brought joy and peace to their family. She names the baby Vrinda. Everyone likes the name. Abhir and Manvi make an entry. Abhir tells that he has come to attend the puja. He adds that he has married Manvi. The family receives a shock.
