The nurse, with a hesitant but urgent tone, revealed that her beloved sister Lakshmi is pregnant. Shalu, overwhelmed with emotions, couldn’t hold back her tears. The revelation wasn’t just surprising—it was a ticking time bomb waiting to explode, especially considering Lakshmi’s current situation.
Wasting no time, a tearful yet determined Shalu rushed to the hospital, where a storm was already brewing. Inside the hospital room, Lakshmi had just endured a terrifying attack at the hands of Malishka and Kiran. The toxic duo, along with their ever-willing accomplice Balwinder, were hellbent on hurting Lakshmi—but fate had other plans. Lakshmi, weakened and exhausted, collapsed in the room.
Shalu, in a heroic sister moment, burst in just in time. Seeing her sister unconscious, she wasted no time and placed Lakshmi on a wheelchair, shielding her from any further harm. Shalu’s priority was crystal clear—protect Lakshmi and her unborn child at any cost.
As chaos erupted, a nurse informed Malishka that Lakshmi was missing from her room. That’s when Malishka stepped into the hallway—only to witness a sight that turned her confidence into panic. Lakshmi pacifies herself and stays calm. She tries to find a way to escape from the room filled with poisonous gas. Balwinder tells Malishka that Lakshmi shouldn’t get harmed. He cares for Lakshmi and rushes to save her. Malishka asks Balwinder to stop. Kiran follows them. Lakshmi fails to leave the room. Shalu calls Lakshmi. Lakshmi doesn’t answer. Shalu suspects that something is wrong.
She thinks of finding out by contacting the hospital. She calls the hospital reception. She asks about Lakshmi. She says that Lakshmi has gone to the hospital for some work. The nurse asks her Lakshmi’s full name. Shalu states, Lakshmi Oberoi. She hears Rishi’s voice and thinks if he is there. Balwinder asks Malishka if she is trying to kill Lakshmi. He scolds her. She threatens him and asks him to stop. Shalu asks the nurse if Rishi Oberoi is also there.
The nurse tells that Lakshmi Oberoi had come for the checkup, she has no pregnancy complications, and her baby is safe. Shalu is surprised to learn that Lakshmi is pregnant. She confirms it again. Malishka tells Balwinder that she will kill him if he dares to spoil her plan. She adds that she will defame him and change the entire story if she gets caught. She asks him to listen to her. Shalu cries that Lakshmi didn’t reveal her pregnancy to her. She thinks Lakshmi wants to expose Malishka’s truth before revealing her pregnancy.
Rishi asks a doctor about the DNA test reports. The doctor agrees to help him. Malishka tells Balwinder that she is doing everything for their betterment. He argues that she wants to kill Lakshmi. She asks him not to anger her. She says that the gas isn’t so toxic, Lakshmi will just lose her baby, she will not die. She tells him that he can unite with Lakshmi if their plan succeeds this time. Lakshmi sneaks out of the AC duct. Nurse Sudha doesn’t find Lakshmi in the room.
Malishka asks Balwinder to think about Lakshmi and calm down. He agrees. Sudha informs Malishka that Lakshmi isn’t in that ward. Malishka and Kiran ask her where Lakshmi went. Sudha says that she doesn’t know if their work is done or not. Malishka asks where Lakshmi went and how. Sudha says that she doesn’t know it. Kiran angrily rebukes Sudha. Sudha argues with Kiran and makes a leave. Kiran calls Sudha useless. Malishka asks who will do their work now.
Lakshmi doesn’t want to lose. Shalu reaches the hospital and hears Lakshmi’s voice. She rushes to see Lakshmi. Malishka asks Sudha to help them. She makes Kiran apologize. Sudha asks Kiran not to misbehave with them again. She says that they have to find Lakshmi first and then expose her to the poisonous gas again. They try to find Lakshmi. Shalu meets Lakshmi.
She asks why she didn’t tell her about the pregnancy. Lakshmi faints. Shalu takes her along and asks her what happened to her. Malishka says that Lakshmi can’t go anywhere on her own. She asks Sudha how Lakshmi can disappear. Sudha asks her not to shout. Malishka asks her to answer. Sudha says that Lakshmi might have gone out of the AC duct. Shalu asks the nurse to attend to Lakshmi. They see Shalu with Lakshmi. Balwinder says that he can’t mess up with them.
Shalu tells the doctor that Lakshmi isn’t able to walk well. She adds that Lakshmi is pregnant. The doctor asks her to go out. Rishi feels Lakshmi can’t tell anything against Malishka without any solid reason. He waits for the DNA reports. Sudha tells Malishka that she can’t target Lakshmi at this time. Kiran scolds Sudha. Balwinder and Malishka ask Sudha not to fight them. Sudha asks Malishka to explain to Kiran. She says that there is someone who can help them. Balwinder asks who is that person. Sudha names Daima.
