Prarthna hears Preeta’s voice and goes to see her. She finds Preeta unable to breathe. The nurse goes to inform the doctor about Preeta. Prarthna helps Preeta by fixing an oxygen mask on her. Preeta gets stable. Prarthna holds her hand. Preeta opens her eyes and names Karan. Prarthna says that she will pray for Preeta’s recovery. Shubhvi asks Smita about the Sangeet. Smita remembers Shivansh. She says that the Sangeet was a disaster. Shubhvi asks why Kanti didn’t take her along.

She provokes Smita against Prarthna. Prarthna tells Preeta that Durga Maa has chosen her today. She gives the Matarani charm bracelet to Preeta. She says that Preeta isn’t related to her, but she still feels a connection with her. Shubhvi asks Smita why she took Prarthna to the Sangeet. Smita says that she doesn’t care. Shubhvi asks Smita how she agreed to this.

Smita tells her that she couldn’t go against Raunak, as the entire family supported him. Shivansh tells Bua Maa that he is going to the office. She asks if he is okay. He says yes. She says that she knows him well, and he still wants to take revenge on Smita. He says that he will not spare her. She stops him. He says that he doesn’t care if he gets ruined. She asks him not to call her Bua Maa if he wants to ruin himself. She says that she wants to see him move on in his life and stay happy.

She cries and asks him to leave his revenge for her sake. Shivansh agrees. She happily hugs him. She asks him to call Sonalika and talk to her. He says that he is getting late. He calls Sonalika. Bua Maa tells Tanya that she has asked Sonalika to call Shivansh back to Delhi. Shivansh agrees to go to meet Sonalika. Sonalika tells Amisha that Shivansh is coming back. Karan gets busy on a work call. He is stuck in traffic. He hears the temple bells and remembers Preeta.

Prarthna gives the Matarani pendant to Preeta. She says that it’s a new start for her. The doctor comes and praises Prarthna for saving Preeta’s life. She asks about Preeta’s family. Karan prays at the temple. He wishes he could get Preeta back. The Pandit asks Karan not to worry. Karan says that he is looking for someone.

The Pandit tells that he will surely get Preeta, he will get his love and happiness, and his Kundali Bhagya will change. Karan gets pleased. He says that he will never lose Preeta once he finds her. The Pandit gives him big hopes. Karan suddenly turns and sees that the Pandit has disappeared. He calls him out. He wants to know who that Pandit was, who just blessed him.

He begs Matarani to fulfill his prayer. The doctor tells Prarthna that Preeta is in a coma. She tells him that Preeta had opened her eyes sometime back. She adds that Raunak is waiting for her. She makes a quick exit. She leaves her wedding invite there. The doctor tells the nurse that Preeta is responding. He goes to call the senior doctor.
