Daima wastes no time. She orders her shady accomplice to unlock the hospital’s lift section so she can make a ghost-like entrance. Somewhere between a horror movie and a hospital drama, this plan screams trouble.
Shalu: The Sister with a Spine Shalu, however, isn’t here to be anyone’s background character. She declares war on whoever dared harm Lakshmi. Her vow? To uncover the attacker, the motive, and the monster who wants Lakshmi’s baby gone. Honestly, someone give her a detective badge already.
Rishi’s Sixth Sense Kicks In Meanwhile, Rishi finds himself in the middle of destiny’s GPS tracking system. As Nurse Sudha sneaks Lakshmi through a hidden passage with Daima tagging along, Rishi bumps into them—but only manages to get Lakshmi’s ring. And that ring brings back a flood of memories. The emotional weight in his eyes says it all—he knows she’s close.

Sudha tells Malishka about Daima. She adds that many people are scared of Daima. She calls Daima and asks her to come to the hospital. Daima comes to meet them. She asks Kiran and Malishka how they can plan to kill Lakshmi’s baby. She then demands a huge amount to do the work. She asks for 10 lakhs. Balwinder asks her why she is asking for so much money. Malishka agrees to pay her the amount. Daima says that she is an old staff and she has much respect in the hospital.
She adds that she will just make a call and come. Kiran feels Daima is wicked. Sudha asks Kiran to give her money, or else she won’t do any work. Rishi waits for the reports. Malishka goes to get some water. She is shocked to see Rishi there. She wonders what Rishi wants. She sees the ward boy getting her DNA reports. She stops the ward boy and tells him that it’s her report, and she will give it to her husband. Rishi doesn’t see her and goes away. She thinks about what to do to get saved from Rishi.
Shalu worries about Lakshmi. She thinks Lakshmi is pregnant, but she fell into some sort of danger. She gets Ayush’s call. Ayush asks her if he is late in apologizing to her. She cries and asks where is he. He asks why she is worried. She says that she isn’t okay. She blames herself for Lakshmi’s condition. Ayush asks her what’s wrong. She says that she is at the city hospital.
Daima and Sudha take Lakshmi on a stretcher. Daima takes the staff’s help. Rishi doesn’t see Lakshmi’s face, but he gets her ring. He suspects that Lakshmi is around. He gets a work call. Daima scares a nurse and asks her to be careful. The nurse says that much bad will happen if Daima comes. The doctor tells Shalu about Lakshmi’s condition. The nurses talk about the illegal things that happen in the hospital’s basement. The doctor asks Shalu to wait for Lakshmi’s recovery.
Shalu worries about Lakshmi. She goes to see Lakshmi. She finds Lakshmi missing in the ward. She goes out to look for Lakshmi. She spots Malishka there. Malishka sends the fake reports to Rishi. She sees Shalu around and worriedly rushes away. Shalu stops her. Malishka acts concerned. Shalu asks her to stop the drama.
Shalu confronts Malishka and asks her why she pushed Lakshmi. Malishka denies it and goes away. Shalu is determined to find out the culprit. Malishka asks Kiran if they are doing right to harm an unborn child. Kiran asks her not to think anything is wrong. Rishi gets the reports. He spots Ayush. Ayush says that he had come to meet Shalu, she sounded disturbed and asked him to come. They call Shalu and rush to meet her. Balwinder hides from Shalu. Kiran asks Malishka not to think such things. Malishka agrees.
Kiran promises to always stand by Malishka. Malishka thanks her. She says that she doesn’t want to become good like Lakshmi. Kiran asks her not to worry. She admits that she is selfish for her daughter’s sake. Malishka hugs her. Balwinder hides from Shalu, but she finds him.
Ayush meets Shalu and embraces her. He asks her if she is okay. She asks what Rishi is doing there. Rishi asks about Lakshmi. Shalu tells them about Lakshmi. Daima says that Sudha will get to see a lot of things in the basement. She threatens to kill Lakshmi’s baby.
