Shalu tells Ayush and Rishi that she had admitted Lakshmi for treatment, but she has gone missing from the ward. Ayush asks where Lakshmi can go that way. Rishi tells that they will find out. Daima gets Lakshmi to the basement. She asks Sudha to come along. Rishi asks the nurse about Lakshmi. Shalu tells that Lakshmi isn’t in her room. The nurse tells that maybe Lakshmi has gone to meet the doctor.
She asks them to check the ward again. Rishi agrees. They head back to the ward. Daima tells Sudha that very few people know about this basement area. She adds that Lakshmi will lose her baby, and if she sees the basement, then she will also die. She asks Sudha to give the injection to Lakshmi. Sudha asks why. Daima asks her not to ask her anything. Rishi, Ayush and Shalu don’t find Lakshmi in the ward.
They worry. Lakshmi tries to get conscious. Rishi tells that Lakshmi doesn’t do anything without telling him. He feels angry that she has hidden the reason for her hospital visit. Ayush asks him not to stress. Shalu is also hurt that Lakshmi hid her pregnancy. The ward boy checks Lakshmi and tells her that she doesn’t need any drug injection, or else she will die. Sudha asks him just to do as she told him. Daima asks him to inject Lakshmi soon. She tells Lakshmi that she will not get saved; she will lose her baby.
The ward boy tells Lakshmi that Daima is killing her and her baby at once. He pities Lakshmi. He prepares an injection. Rishi tells Ayush that he argued with Lakshmi while leaving for the office. He regrets his rudeness towards Lakhsmi. Ayush asks him not to blame himself. The ward boy tells Lakshmi that she has seen their faces, so she has to die now. Lakshmi stays numb. Rishi, Ayush, and Shalu look for Lakshmi.
They don’t find anything. Shalu spots Malishka. She tells Rishi that Malishka might be behind Lakshmi’s disappearance. She feels Malishka has laid a trap for Lakshmi. Lakshmi prays for her baby. She stops the ward boy and pushes him back. She hits his head. She struggles to escape.
Rishi asks Malishka what she is doing at the hospital. She says that she is pregnant and she came to meet her doctor. Shalu asks if it takes so much time. Malishka asks Shalu to mind her tone. She asks them if they are okay and why they are at the hospital. Shalu doesn’t want to tell anyone about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Lakshmi asks the ward boy to stay away. He shouts for help. Daima gets an alert.
Malishka asks Shalu if she should doubt her. She argues with Shalu. Rishi asks Shalu to come with him. Lakshmi scolds the ward boy. Shalu and Malishka challenge each other. Rishi calls out Shalu. Shalu makes a leave. Daima finds Lakshmi gone. She sees the ward boy fallen on the ground.
She calls the hospital staff and asks them to find Lakshmi. Lakshmi hides from them. Rishi asks the nurse about Lakshmi. Lakshmi vows to protect her baby. Rishi argues with the nurse. Ayush asks the nurse to help them and check the CCTV footage. Daima catches Lakshmi.
