Things are spiraling fast in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and this time, it’s Ruhi’s sudden disappearance that has left everyone shaken. What was meant to be a joyous godhbharai celebration quickly turned into chaos, and the tension between Armaan, Abhira, and Ruhi is hitting new heights.
Armaan, who poured his heart into planning the perfect godhbharai ceremony, was beaming with excitement. The Poddars and Goenkas were all smiles — until a few judgmental guests began murmuring about Abhira’s presence at Ruhi’s ceremony. But Ruhi handled it gracefully, shutting down the gossip with poise. Just when things seemed under control, Ruhi went missing. Completely. Gone from her own celebration.
And that’s not all. Armaan, already on edge, spotted Abhira leaving too and immediately jumped to conclusions. But in classic Abhira fashion, she was simply out getting medicine for Pookie, not wanting to burden Armaan. While her absence was harmless, Ruhi’s disappearance was not.
Whispers suggest that Ruhi might’ve uncovered the truth about her mother Aarohi’s death — or maybe she just wanted to escape Armaan’s growing control. According to the precap, Ruhi was feeling stifled by Armaan’s overprotectiveness, and her vanishing act was her way of reclaiming some space.
Later, Armaan confronted Abhira for missing the event but cooled down, surprising everyone by announcing a baby name he’d already picked out. Abhira was stunned and clearly felt sidelined. Trying to patch things up, she suggested that Ruhi be sent to the Goenka house to rest — but Armaan shot the idea down.
Ruhi, however, made her own decision. She escaped and managed to reach the Goenka house, where Manish gently proposed she stay there until the baby arrives. Armaan tried to convince her to come back, but Ruhi refused, standing her ground.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Ruhi’s Truth Comes Crashing Down, Abhira Faces a Heart-Wrenching Decision
The episode opens with tension simmering between Armaan and Ruhi. He pleads with her to come back home, but Ruhi stands her ground. Armaan accuses her of being immature, only for Ruhi to shoot back — he’s the one acting like a child. Just as the argument starts heating up, Abhira steps in to mediate. Armaan vents to her, revealing that Ruhi had tried to escape the night before. Abhira gently urges him to think deeper — what pushed Ruhi to that point?
She reassures Armaan that Ruhi will be safe and cared for at the Goenka house. Swarna and Surekha are there. They’re family. Abhira encourages him to ease up and not let stress cloud his judgment.
Back at the Goenka home, Ruhi nervously asks Manish if Abhira will succeed in convincing Armaan. Moments later, her wish comes true — Armaan agrees to let her stay. Ruhi’s face lights up, soaking in the comfort of familiarity.
Meanwhile, at the Poddar house, Kajal grumbles to Kaveri that Ruhi should have stayed with them. Elsewhere, Charu decides to visit Abhir. Kiara snaps at her, accusing her of being a terrible sister. Charu claps back, saying if she’s so bad, what does that make Kiara, who married Abhir out of convenience? Aryan chimes in, half-agreeing with Charu. Kiara urges him to take her side, but Aryan points out how she used to act foolishly around Abhir anyway.
Back at the Goenka house, Ruhi finds a photo of Akshara and Arohi. Tears well up as she wonders if Akshara secretly hated her. Abhira, sensing the storm that’s coming, urges Armaan to hide the diary. The truth is too big, too cruel — and Ruhi may not be ready.
Precap: Ruhi learns the shattering truth — Arohi died because of her. She collapses, and Abhira rushes her to the hospital. The nurse hands Abhira a consent form: if it comes down to it, whom should they save — the baby or the mother? Abhira is left shaken, standing at the edge of an impossible choice.
