In the latest episode, panic hits the evil camp as Shilpa drops the bombshell: Shalu has reached them. Cue the panic, finger-pointing, and full-blown meltdown. Shilpa doesn’t miss a beat before throwing Sudha under the bus for letting things spiral. Daima, the ever-cranky chaos queen, explodes with rage at Sudha’s mistake.
Turns out, Shalu has done what no one saw coming—she’s informed Rishi about the creepy basement and the shady business going down there. Now that’s a sister who doesn’t play when it comes to protecting her own.
But this good deed has painted a big target on Shalu’s back. Shilpa vows revenge, practically foaming at the mouth. Meanwhile, Daima shifts her cruelty up a notch. She assaults Lakshmi (yes, again!) and declares herself the goddess of fate, claiming she will now write Lakshmi’s Bhagya (destiny). Daima’s delusions? Off the charts.

Lakshmi prays to get some help. Shilpa attends Rishi’s call. She thinks of lying to Rishi and wrapping up the matter. She lies to him about Shalu. He asks her who she is. She says that she is a nurse and she is attending Shalu. She tells a random ward number. He happens to be there and checks the ward. He says that Shalu isn’t there. He asks why did she lie. She disconnects the call when he rebukes her.
He thinks of some way to find the basement. He goes out and checks the place well to find a way to the basement. Lakshmi sees Rishi and tells that she is right there. She feels relieved that Rishi is attempting to save her. Ayush reaches there. Rishi tells him about Shalu’s disappearance. Sudha tells Daima about the new case.
Daima says that Lakshmi is fighting with her. She decides not to spare Lakshmi. She is very angry. She wants to kill Lakshmi while aborting her baby. Shilpa tells Daima and Sudha about Shalu, who has fooled them to reach the basement and find Lakshmi. Sudha gets scared.
Daima scolds her and sends her. Sudha thinks of tackling Rano. Shilpa tells Daima that Shalu has informed Rishi as well, Rishi will soon come to save Lakshmi, and they should hurry up with their tasks. Balwinder asks Manoj to engage Rishi and not let him reach the basement. Manoj sees Rishi and Ayush. He misleads Rishi. Rishi follows him.
Daima hits Lakshmi on her head and catches her. Lakshmi cries. Daima reprimands her. Shilpa says that nobody can save Lakshmi and Shalu. She adds that Lakshmi will lose her baby, and she will die. Lakshmi asks Daima to leave her. Daima drags her. Kiran calls up Malishka. Kiran asks her what she is up to. Malishka asks why did she ask her to drop the plan. She wants to execute her plan.
She doesn’t listen to Kiran. Kiran worries for Malishka, who is taking a big risk. Malishka tells that she will write Lakshmi’s fate. Shalu gets conscious and learns that Lakshmi is in big trouble. Shilpa tells her about Daima’s revenge plans. Shalu bites Shilpa’s hand. She asks Shilpa to free her. Shalu gets freed by making a brave attempt. She threatens Shilpa. She ties up Shilpa and makes a leave.
Rishi gets confused while Manoj fools him by stating misleading information. Daima tells Lakshmi that her baby won’t be saved. Balwinder catches Shalu once again, when she roams around in the basement looking for Lakshmi. She shouts for help. Daima calls Balwinder and tells that she caught Lakshmi. She summons him to the ward. He rushes. Shalu struggles to free herself.
Daima tells that she will not lose courage. Shalu gets help when Rano reaches her. Daima takes Lakshmi for her abortion. Shalu hugs Rano and cries. Rano encourages her to be strong. Rishi scolds Manoj for fooling him on Balwinder’s command. He says that he had seen Manoj with Balwinder. Balwinder and Suresh try to take Lakshmi. Lakshmi bravely fights them. Daima says that Lakshmi has a lot of courage. Lakshmi asks them to back off. She tells that she will fight like Durga when she has to save her child.
